Clean and tidy rooms great for families very quiet.

This is the second time we have booked with Quest Ipswich due to having medical treatment at St Andrews Hospital. The staff were in every way considerate of our family’s needs and showed sincere compassion for our situation, going above and beyond to be of assistance. Even offering a coffee “for the road” on check out. The rooms were amazing and the pool was a welcome relief for the kids. In our time of stress and worry we will be forever grateful for the “calm” the staff and facilities achieved for us. Thank you so much Quest Ipswich 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Absolutely exceptional service & a lovely room.

I stayed here for a few nights and I gotta say, it was great. The room was cozy and comfortable. The staff are friendly and incredibly polite. Room service never bothered me, and when they did come, they were quick and efficient. On top of all that, it's affordable. I paid $280 for three nights, and it was worth it. If you're staying in the Ipswich area I'd recommend staying here.

Very friendly service, basic rooms with everything you need, milk and coffee provided, reasonably priced. Could do with some basic maintenance.

Below average motel. Main room light didn't work, the walls are too thin so I could basically hear the conversation next door and the place is in real need of an upgrade…

Great location, pretty quiet for being on a main road.

This is a very budget motel. The rooms are very old fashioned and not well appointed. The motel as a whole needs a lot of work. Very run-down.

Ipswich city motel, dirtiest, grottiest place I have stayed in Australia, would'nt let my dog stay there, terrible smell of cat urine, mould, TV the size of a laptop, fridge in bad condition overgrown pool/ pond, should not be open and bulldozed! Booked online, but this place should be reported!

It is below average accommodation at a price point that reflects its quality and service level.

Yes it's a cheap motel, but lights in spare bedroom for kids had no working lights and not fan. Had to move fluro and change starter to get to work. The shower taps had not retaining nuts in taps. (Hot / cold) the flick mixer was hooked up back the front on the bathroom sink. The air conditioner rattled for first hour but was ok when we came back from dinner. Bed was Clean and comfortable. Needs a bit of TLC, and an eye for detail. Tried to tell owner but office wasn't open by 7am to drop key off. No return box or not indicated.

Reasonable Sized Room at reasonable price. Old building therefore needs maintenance and renovations.

The manager was polite. The room and facilities were below standard. The price for accommodation was cheap. The swimming pool was unappealing and looked as though it was green and was the size of a wading pool. The air conditioner was old and didn't keep the room cool.

Abserloutly disgusting! ( (Not even rated 1 star! ) ) Was in a room with double an single. The mattresses was horrible to sleep in! They feel like they were about 20 years old. The shower was disgusting even showing I didn't feel clean! There was someone else's hair in the corner of shower there was mould an grim around in the shower built up. The toilet had a hygiene strap on it. But it was filthy. Was never cleaned. The fridge, looked like someone spilt something in the door an was never wiped or clean… The pool is green Really needs to be reported. Never never ever again will I be staying there again!

I don't even want to give it a star. $380 for 3 nights and ive got a list of 20 reasons why this place shouldn't be up and running. Its Very dirty for starters. Only good thing I have to say is the lady that cleans the rooms is very nice.

Should be renamed Bates Motel. Dirty, smelly one of the beds just had foam as a mattress. Everything was filthy the toilet dusgusting. Paper thin walls. We didn't stay the second night due to the filth, noisy neighbours and stench. Should be reported and forced to close down.

Very run down needs bulldozing. Is very out dated and looks very seedy. Don't recommend.

The beds where hard and they were very disorganised but is fine for a business trip for one night.

Pretty sure I read the exact description of the room in a crime novel once, the only thing missing was the dead hooker. We paid $20 less for MUCH a nicer room in Brisbane the night before, so I was particularly disappointed with the rock-hard bed and the urine smell in the room.

Very disappointed with the room we stayed in, very bad cigarette type smell to the room and very out dated, beds badly need replacing and rooms need a lot of attention to.

The place is a complete dive and wish I never wasted my money on staying there.

Very good accomodation for the price, had a good night's sleep and the fact that we checked in at 1am was not an issue.

Poor, room was not properly cleaned, very dusty. Stains on carpet and furniture. Toilet not properly cleaned, neither was shower. Cobwebs on ceiling. Smelled like toilet blocks used in urinals. Air-conditioner not functioning properly. Would not recommend to friends or family and would not stay there again.
