Very friendly and accommodating. Staff are excellent with great service. Rooms are very tidy and clean.
Been here are few times now as it’s a 10 minute walk to the port. Across the road is the HAMILTON Tavern. Bonus.

Spent a lovely sojourn here … was collected free of charge from the airport and delivered back next morning … loved the convenience to dining establishments (only a 2 min walk) … room was extremely clean and the aircon works … quaint establishment with lovely people in place. I will stay there again when next in Brisbane.

Asked specifically for a seperate bedroom with a bed also in lounge, and they accepted the booking but did not supply this. Although there was a microwave and toaster, no dishes/plates, cutlery were supplied for us. The cups were grey inside, terrible. The lights fixtures were bad and also dangerous. Noise was so bad that we were awake from 1am onwards' Recommend that they paint the room, after giving it a good scrub and also de clutter all the stuff around the place. This would be the worst Motel we have ever encountered having travelled extensively and would not recommend it to anyone. The whole place needs a very good clean up.

We stayed at the Riverview last night and found it to be a charming twist on a budget motel. It is sort of 1950s motel meets Paris meets your Aunt Linda who likes to make stuff out of hemp. It was friendly and inviting and each room had a unique vibe. If you are looking for slick and modern, this isn’t the place for you. But if you want a bit of character and are traveling on a budget, this should be the perfect spot to pull up stumps for the night. The location is great and, after calling the motel direct, we got an even better rate than the lowest rate we found on the internet. The service was fast and friendly and they even gave us a free shuttle ride to the airport!

Great place to stay. Really nice husband and wife couple, owner and operators. Free airport shuttle, and meals cooked on site upon request. Right on the river, super great location.

The staff were fantastic. They will pick you up from the airport for free if you arrange early enough. The rooms felt like a real room and not just a motel room.

This place is great and the service is beyond amazing we were picked up from the airport free of charge and have the option to be taken to the cruise terminal also rooms are lovely very homely and extreamly clean and definetly great price highly recommend anyone going on a cruise to stay here before u leave or on return.

OK stay, good access to restaurants and airport. Don't expect any bells and whistles, could do with turning outside lights off a little earlier as light comes into the room. Was not enough coffee and tea for more than one drink each. Was clean tho.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had in house breakfast which was good. Loved the home baked hash browns. Yummm. The owners/ managers were tops. Would stay there again.

Lovely, clean, thoughtful room set up (teddy & books in room for young children) Pretty reception area. Close to airport. Owners stayed after hours to let me and my 3 children in. Fully recommend. Definitely going back if transiting again!

Perfect place to stay near Brisbane airport.

Clean, very comfortable and has a nice décor throughout the room. Very close to a street of restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Super-friendly on-site manager. The Riverview Motel has tired rooms — — bathroom smelled of mildew… ceiling bubbling in bathroom from too much moisture over the years. Showers are small and the curtain is constantly blowing on to your body until you are saturated. No in-room hairdryer (but had an iron and ironing board). No shampoo or conditioner. Parking lot is small, limited hard to navigate — — spaces are tight. Rooms have "cute" little dolls on the beds and lots of eclectic pictures to make it feel like home — — probably invest more in cleaning the room and take out this clutter. I guess all these negatives are the reason why this is one of the least expensive hotels near the Brisbane airport.

Throwback 70s! If you are looking to step back in time to where service meant something, then this is the place. Comfortable, cosy and quaint this is a great 'stopover' place. Close to the airport, city and Eat Street Markets you will find it most relaxing. Best of all 2 home cooked breakfasts with coffee and toast, delivered to your room for less than $25! Stayed on 26th March. Chose on price and high star rating. Our room was cluttered (making it difficult to check for last minute stuff), unpleasantly highly scented and had a background smell of sewer. The manager was helpful.

Quiet, comfortable, tidy and well presented. Great place to stay en route to Brisbane airport. Close to Brisbane port and a variety of excellent dining venues. The hostess was a delightful lady who went above and beyond to make our stay so pleasant.
