Great holiday park for a quick getaway or for a week. The pool area, mini golf course, basketball court and the park are fantastic. The restuarant within the grounds is also great. Extremely clean campground and close to everything. The staff are also fantastic. Jeff and Mel were extremely accommodating in making our experience great and making the kids have a great time. My only let down is there was no jumping pillow for the kids, but that is a small let down in an otherwise perfect holiday.

Central to everywhere just hop on the bus and go to the city or garden city. Beautiful clean park and well set out loved our 4 night stay staff are helpful and friendly. We will be back.

This place has to be the best place to stay in Brisbane, I fully recommend staying here it’s so peaceful and quiet and the cabin’s are so well presented and the staff are extremely nice and the area is so well presented. Top job guy’s, keep it up! 👍🏼😊

Top spot very big but super friendly lic restaurant and shop big pool area very spacious amenities and very clean would be the most organised and maintained caravan park i’ve been in. The manager and staff are all happy people willing to have a chat and help in any way. Would be hard to find a better self contained caravan park its just so well organised and maintained.

We are a family of 10 that stayed here with the kids over school holidays and they absolutely loved it! Great park with clean facilities and plenty for the kids to do. Would highly recommend for family of any size, can’t wait to go back.

Paid $300 per night to stay here and absolutely loved it, perfectly clean and the best caravan park I’ve ever stayed in however VERY DISAPPOINTED that my husband and I were forced to sleep outside in pelting rain due to the AC not working on our 2nd night, yes we were under cover however still got wet. (See photos) On checking out I told the lady at the desk and her response was a smile and “sorry about that”. We were going to book an extra night as we loved it so much but after getting no offer of a discount I will never stay there again and will not recommend. $300 per night isn’t cheap especially when AC dosnt work and you have to sleep outside 🤬

My family and I had a lovely time staying here. Friendly staff, clean accommodation, well maintained gardens/lawns and BBQ area. Kids enjoyed spending their days outside in the pool, playing tennis, mini golf, basketball and soccer.

2nd time staying here. Large clean park, friendly professional staff, great large sites with slab, lagoon pool, onsite cafe, quiet at night & an excellent location. We will be back again!

Absolutely recommend Brisbane Holiday Village. It's a strange feeling to be in a holiday village with Tennis court, mini golf pool, play ground whilst also be across from a major shopping center. It was a great location as weather is not always as planned so on the rainy days we would just go shopping. The staff are wonderful the accommodation is 5 stars and everything inside felt brand new. We will be back in future as we have a child and he had the best time on the bike track basketball court etc. They also have a restaurant and convenient store in case you need any essentials. A laundry on site was a blessing too. Thank you for a great stay!

I have not stayed here yet. I had a cabin booked to stay with my family and unfortunately the area went into lockdown and we could no longer come. I had paid in full and was given my whole refund, no hassles, excellent and very friendly customer service. For this reason alone I will be rebooking in the near future.

Airstream Glamping is excellent. The family loved Maisie. The outdoor area is so good for the family and the airstreams are fun and exciting to stay in.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in one of the two Airstream and what a fantastic experience it was. From the luxurious interior of “Betsie” to your own private alfresco area with gas bbq, lounge and massive big screen tv, there are so many well thought out little touches that made my stay so enjoyable.
It certainly puts the “ Glam” in Glamping. I would definitely recommend staying in one and can’t wait to do it again.

Wow what an awesome place to stay & so close to everything. For us it was only 20mins from home! Everything is so well looked after, clean amenities & the staff are just sooo lovely. We will be back again for sure 😁

We are staying here now for our first visit and already can’t wait to return. The vibe here is so positive. Staff have been so friendly from pre-arrival and throughout our stay! The facilities are kept immaculate along with the rest of the park. So much for the kids to do and so much open space for them to run and play as well. Awesome bike path for them to use without the worry of cars.
Sites are generous sizes and the park offers a great range of options for guests.

Just had a 4 day break in Cosmo cabin. Cabin was spotless and great for our family. Pool was fantastic spent most days there. On site shop and restaurant good value for money with supplies very well priced. Site was very clean, tidy, well looked after and very quiet. Staff helpful and very friendly. Going to rebook.

Great place, loved the pool and mini golf. The cabin had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Super close to Garden City shopping centre. It is also so quiet of a night, can’t hear any traffic.

Excellent staff, absolutely great for the kids pool and water park and mini golf on site. Restaurant on site as well. Clean and tidy was absolutely perfect! Highly recommend.

What a great place for any family wanting to getaway for weekend or short term rent when renovating or relocating. The facilities are so clean and well equipped. Great ‘complex’, facilities, location, staff etc etc etc.
Been here now for almost 4 weeks in a 2 Bed Cabin — great value.
The cleanliness, maintenance and upkeep of the whole venue is awesome — well done to all of the maintenance people.

I was supposed to stay there for 2 nights 13th and 14th March. State Athletics was cancelled due to Carona Virus. I asked for a credit so I could stay another time. No. And no refunds. These were reasons beyond my control that my event was cancelled. I'm a single Mum that had to save to pay for the trip-4hrs drive, fuel and accommodation. So not getting a credit or refund is devastating for my kids and I.

Great cabins, quite location just off motorway with easy access to Gold Coast and Brisbane City. Major shopping centre 10 mins away.

Amazing park! We have just stayed for over a week with 4 kids and they looked after us so well! when there was flash flooding they did everything in there power to help us and ended up getting into a cabin due to weather with there help, we will be back! Amazing staff amazing facilities and the cabins are stunning! Thank you so much Brisbane holiday village and well done to those running it!

This is our 3rd visit beautiful park clean and has great pool for those hot days.

Had our Family Christmas lunch at the BBQ area and then relaxed in the awesome pool area.
Just spent 4 days here and our kids loved it.
Heather was very helpful and always served us with a smile… the grounds staff were very friendly and always helpful.

Good location, short drive to shopping centre. Clean and well equipped. Lovely swimming pool, with a smaller one for children. Mini golf. Tennis court. Great onsite cafe, with some of the best Butter Chicken I’ve had. Would happily stay again.

We have stayed here before and have found the staff so welcoming and helpful. They go the extra mile. The facilities are terrific. We will be back!

Awesome place to stay. Spotlessly clean park units everything. Staff are fantastic and friendly. Love the ozone pool system. Restaurant has great food. Can not recommend it highly enough. Short walk to shopping centre.

Love BHV in general, but especially love the extra large, fully cemented, level, ensuite caravan sites! Plenty of space between vans so you're not too close to your neighbours. The park is very neat and tidy, has excellent facilities, is close to Garden City Shopping Centre (including cinema and restaurants) and there is a bus stop out the front. Staff are friendly and helpful. We have stayed there many times before and will definitely return.

I stayed here for 4 weeks along with 7 work colleagues on a business trip. The staff were very professional and accomodating allowing room to store our work trucks while staying there. We had booked into the corporate cabins for the duration of our stay, each cabin had its own kitchenette and bathroom, fully self sufficient. They have a great facilities, large bbq areas, tennis courts and putt putt which was a great way to wind down in the afternoon, they also have a restaurant located in the park for the nights we didn’t feel like cooking. I would highly recommend this place for business stay or pleasure! Thank you!

Nice Place. It has a nice little restaurant which is really good and reasonably priced. You can also mini-golf/swim/play tennis for free.

I have stayed at Brisbane Holiday Village a number of times for work and with my family. This park is by far one of the best around in Brisbane and Australia. The staff are always professional when I speak with them. The quality of the cabins and facilities is excellent. My kids love the pool area. The restaurant is also very good. I would highly recommend Brisbane Holiday Village to any of my friends or work colleagues looking to stay in Brisbane.

Excellent park. Huge and good facilities. Amazing pool and restaurant. Most van sites are very large and there’s a slab for van, car and awning. There are beautiful powered camping sites with fake grass and privacy. A basketball court. Plenty of kids play areas. Perfect park close to city. Right on the Cycle Way.

The best Caravan Park we've ever stayed in. Privacy, heaps of room between each van spot. Beautifully maintained grassed areas and divided by beautiful trees and palms. Great coffee shop, beautiful swimming pools, very clean amenities block and laundry has front load washing machines and dryers. Staff are gorgeous. Can't say more than that except that the self contained units from the outside resemble townhouses. They'll see us again!

Loved it. Would live there permanently if I could. Traffic noise was a bit noisy while in a tent, however the holiday village had everything to make your holiday enjoyable.

Good spot for campervan parking. I spent a night here, the site was well functioning and the amenities are good, especially the swimming pool. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and we'll equipped. Location is the main downside because it's not close to the center, but it's not far from the airport. To improve: restaurant could be better, in terms of service and food quality.

Great place to stay, cabins were lovely. Swimming pool and bbq area with tennis court was great for family. The staff at cafe were lovely and food was great.

Booked accommodation to be near friends while I renovated my home. Didn't get past the gate, due to the fact that original cabin booked had a maintenance issue. Think things could have been handled differently. Beautiful park and amenities but staff need training in customer relations.

Staff were polite, professional and very friendly. They worked hard to accomodate our group needs and provided us with competitive rates. The rooms were tidy, well maintained and very comfortable in the summer season.

Great place to stay. 30min from Theme parks, 10 min to Garden City. Quiet and relaxing. Clean sites and amenities. Lovely salt water pools and restaurant has a great selection of meals at reasonable prices. Would recommend to all.

Very convenient if going to Sunshine or Gold coast for a day trip, very clean and tidy. We enjoyed the pool with it's new filtration system. On the morning of our departure we had a scrumptious breakfast at the kiosk/shop located in the village.

This place was amazing so clean and full of fun things to do with the family, the cabin was clean and spacious, but I have to say the best part of our stay was the staff right from booking they were accommodating and just so kind, just what we needed after our road trip, even the courtesy email a day after checkout just to thank us for leaving the cabin clean those little details make you want to go again.

Very friendly staff even let us check in early. The pool is fantastic they have mini golf tennis also the restaurant/store's food is lovely and fresh loved there pizzas. The cabin we have is lovely very clean easily fits us 4 adults. The price was great. So close to shopping center will definitely recommend and come back here.

This place was amazing! Beautiful facilities, takeaway restaurant food was fantastic, pool facilities great, cabin clean modern very nice, fantastic place for families, excellent BBQ area, immaculate grounds and facilities and five star service from the staff… Highly recommend staying here!

My Husband and I stayed in one of the Cosmo apartments for a romantic get away the room was so clean and tidy all the amenities we needed on hand the bed was very comfortable and the shower/bathroom was lovely. Staff (Denise) made sure we settled in and recommended the on site restaurant where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast the morning after. Thanks so much Brisbane holiday village we will deffinatly be back with the children as we saw there was alot to offer the whole family.

Really expensive and posh. Very expensive and snobbish. Therefore, we have us felt very uncomfortable. Everything costs extra. Toilets are "relatively" far away. Very chic created, therefore no longer beautiful. Chic and nothing behind it.

This is the forth time I enjoy staying in BHV. My family really enjoined staying there. Everything is great! We have lived in three types of Cabins: Metro, Alfersco, and two bedrooms corporate, they are all great and well furniture. They also have good deal when you staying for three weeks or more. I do recommend people to enjoy their stay there. 5/5.

Had a lovely two week stay in a Metro cabin. Staff were excellent: friendly, helpful, prompt and courteous. Had trouble with the wireless internet, but neither of my mates did (so something with my laptop? ), and otherwise had a very nice stay. Pool was very nice, cafe was unexpectedly good (food was better than average, they offered quick milk and soft drink purchases, and it was open late), and the entire park was incredibly quiet and peaceful at night, which led to many good nights of sleep. The only downside really is the remoteness of the property. While it is situated on a bus line, the line runs only a bit on weekends, making it difficult to visit the city except on weekdays. Shopping at the mall nearby isn't bad, but the long walk back with two heavy bags of groceries is a bit daunting. I'll likely stay here again in the future due to the pleasant experience I had, but I'll do more upfront planning for actual city trips or other travel.

A little too far from the city. The management is great and cabins are immaculate though.

We have stayed at the BHV on several occasions in a variety of the cabins on offer, over the past few years. Based on facilities, cost and location BHV came out on top for accommodation this close to the city. It's situated close to Garden City (ten minute stroll up the road) and has bus access right outside its front door (which will take you straight to Garden City and/or onto Brisbane CBD). The staff are friendly and helpful and offer great local knowledge and advice. The onsite cafe/restaurant had undergone some changes on our last visit and we found the food and service to be superb. My kids enjoy visiting the park not only for the playground, mini golf, tennis and swimming but also because they always find other kids there to play with. We will certainly be back :).

We had a fantastic stay in one of the Cosmo cabins, a slight problem with the hot water was seen to very quickly by Geoff and his staff. The park is a great place to stay with kids, our 8 year old loved the mini golf and the pool. Getting around is very easy, a bus stop is just outside the park, a major shopping centre is about a 10 min walk, and the motorway to the gold coast is just around the corner. While there you must also check out the cafe, does great meals. The staff at Brisbane holiday village are very friendly people and do all they can to help make your stay a great one. We can't wait to go back.
