I stayed here for 3 days advertised price was 265 I was told I had to pay 285 service and supplies were poor we were given limited bathroom supplies for 3 days couldnt even access a dishcloth to wash dishes we finally got dishwashing liquid day 2 wouldnt recommend this place at all.

Great place to stay, were able to fit us in last minute. Room was clean and presentable. Staff were accommodating. Staying again in a month when picking our daughter up from the airport.

A very nice motel friendly owners and clean room very happy and will stay here again anytime.

Friendly staff, clean and plenty of room for all your belongings while staying the weekend. Definitely recommending to friends and family.
Can't wait to come and stay again but with my children next time.

Manager has been amazing since we moved in after a house fire. They are fantastic with kids and have helped us out so much.

Microwave was dirty and toaster didnt work. Complained about it, but nothing was ever done for the two days. I couldnt get out fast enough. A waste of money.

Great staff good value for money.

Fridge was loud, no shower cap, only 1 extra pillow and blanket, no shower gel provided.

Aircon not very good. Only toaster & micro not good for a week stay. Bed nice lovely owners.

I couldn't fault the inn if I tried! Run by such lovely people that loved helping at any time! 10/10 recommend for a weekend away.

I recommend the Aspley Carsel Motor Inn. Such a great family run the inn. Friendly, accommodating, helpful, funny, caring and efficient. Home away from home with a pool Stayed 7 days and thoroughly enjoyed it. Loved my stay here x.

I would stay again. Great friendly staff. Clean room and efficient service. I had the pleasure of staying for 7 days and I fell in love with the place. If you want to experience a nice place to retreat, this is your place. And again, the staff are incredible. Loved it.

Room no 17 had cockroaches. Carpets were dirty, Plates weren't washed, Toilets wasn't cleaned well, Slippery showers. Not worth a cent. Unclean under the bed. Will never go again. Surrounding areas are well maintained.

One of the best motels I've stayed at, felt totally safe as they have security screens, good new quite air cons, plenty of room and hot showers. Room was clean & no musty smells. Has modern furniture and new open feel. Only a bar fridge, kitchen bench but no kitchen sink, but thats ok as you can leave your dirty dishes for the cleaners. Manager was helpful as he allowed us to inspect the room first. I would stay here again.

Excellent in service. Met the kind and friendly Mr. Grant who helped me although out my stay in his motel. Thank you Grant!

Bad customer service. Charged us an extra $29 for booking through a certain site. Very unorganised, but great Wi-Fi in the downstairs room.

In response to the review by Kotchakorn G. I am the owner of Aspley Carsel Motor Inn and this review needs to be responded to. This group had booked 9 rooms for an Indigenous Wedding weeks before the event. A couple of days before they cancelled 7 of the rooms and then the day they were supposed to arrive no body turned up. I called the person who had made the booking and he said he did not know what was happening or where any of the people booked to stay with us were. 3 days later one room arrived. This was an extremely busy period at the motel and they wondered why I was a bit abrupt as we had lost many bookings because of the run around they gave us and the person that wrote this review DID NOT even stay here. In response to Mike H re: the Wi Fi. I have since changed providers and have spent thousands upgrading the Wi Fi we now have 100% coverage and strong signal throughout the motel.

Very freindly couldnt do enough for us recommend this motel to everyone.

The owners were very lovely! Had a comfortable stay and the kids loved the pool!
I left some things given to me that were my grandmothers and they kept them safe until I was able to return to pick them up.

We have stayed at The Aspley Carsel twice this year, both times have been really great. Very clean, fresh and comfortable. Grant and Leige were very helpful to us with assisting us on the easiest and cheapest ways to get to our destinations. We would recommend Aspley Carsel to anyone looking top accomodation in the Brisbane area. Ken n Jenny Huggins.

Stayed here last week, Lovely quiet room very clean. Close to everything and friendly staff. Free Wi Fi was a bonus. Will stay again, great value for money, paid $130.00 and worth every cent.

I have a medical issue and requested the air conditioner be left on, the owner agreed, but in our absence constantly turned it off. For the price we expected foxtel to watch the world cup but the owners would not pay for it as they had it disconnected it from their other motel. Lots of road traffic noise. The wi/fi was useless.

These guys rock. Hospitality is fabulous from owners to cleaners. The rooms are great very clean and tidy. And the shower well I never want to get out. Breakfast is fabulous also. The price is cheap cheap cheap for the quality of the room as well as the service. Very highly recommended. :-)
