Satisfied with the room & facilities. Got free fruits from reception as bonus.

No air con in the room I was given in on heat of 30+ C. No security storage anywhere in the building … Shared room with 3 other non English speaking people … The rest of the customers were piss head European kids with only one thing on their mind. Get drunk. Be obnoxious and annoy other guests who want to sleep… Owner was quite an intimidating character with very little intelligence… It's cheap for a reason. It's simply rubbish! Never again. Was glad to get out of this dump.

Room was not cleand when me and my roomate arrived. Their response: well USUALLY one person move out and one move in so we only make the beds. But this time the room was empty, so why did they not clean it?

Away, room and kitchen dirty, unpleasant neighborhood. I took a few pictures, I hastened to clean everything. Ugh.

Very helpful staff, walking distance to Burwood shopping center & train station. Overall the place is very convinience.

Amazing! The kitchen has everything, the lounge it's cool, ping pong table, even a Xbox! Beautiful and cleaned!

Amazing staff, so very helpful after a bad night and the room was very comfortable and lovely to stay in, amazing value for money and in a great location, close to public transport, would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel it's wonderful and was lovely to stay in.

Decent room and new facilities and appliances. Youths stay here so I wouldnt stay with a minor… these people are studying. Pretty lax environment. No daily housekeeping.

Worst place ever! When The employees also makes noise and making you uncomfortable then something is wrong!

Great atmosphere, real supportive group of people living here, staff are quite accommodating, quite clean although cleanliness not always perfect.

The staff professional, the rooms are clean, comfortable, spacious and the lighting effect is very good, the bed was soft and comfortable, the air conditioning, the surrounding environment is very good. Nearby shopping and sightseeing.

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly! Wi-Fi was having problems but I think they are working on that. Bathrooms could use a shelf or place to set your stuff down. Location is nice and quiet but a bit of a walk from the train if you're looking to get to city center.

As far as hostels go, this is a nice place because they are single beds no squeaky bunks so that makes a big difference. Key card entry is nice. 10 minute walk to the station. However, my room is inordinately hot even when it is cold outside, the door to the room is really noisy so I wake up everytime someone uses it. Some of the toilet seats won't stay up when doing number one and some shower heads have broken mounts. But everything in general is good and clean. Internet is strong and fast but you aren't allowed to download torrents.

Very new accommodation located in a much less busy residential area. About 10 minutes walk from train station, 20 minutes ride to Central station.

One of the better Student Accommodation facilities in Sydney, I've stayed in some horrible ones in the middle of town. Staff were super friendly :).

Fantastic place! The whole building is newly renovated and the rooms are large and quite cosy. Lots of amenities! They even have a pool! The staff is very friendly too.
