Amazing. Felt more like home than home! Great furnishings, amenities and cust. Service. Didn't want to leave. Meriton, can I move in? I'm sure I can work something out re: rent.

We arrived 2hrs earlier than expected for our checkin, Courtney at reception was very welcoming and provided us with plenty of local advice. Courtney even checked with housekeeping and had no problems with letting us check in early. Very helpful and the room is amazing. Very clean, spacious and great view over the Parramatta river. Bed is comfortable and could not fault our accommodation. Great location and close to everything. Could even walk to Westfield. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great hotel with all the accessories required to stay with a family and cook the meals for four. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Pool and spa were kept in top shape. Only issue was the shower door did not close all the way which meant water spilled onto the floor and onto the carpet and the roof in the pool area was leaking water onto the floor. Look forward to our next visit! Thanks!

Easily accessible via train. Short stroll to amenities including Westfield Shopping mall. It was clean, the room spacious and we'll equipped.

First class service. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, bed was extra comfy, will definitely be back. We loved our stay!

Nice venue, big spacieous rooms at affordable prices. Staff were a little rude but were just trying to do job by minimizing parties and people loitering. Small misunderstanding easily forgotten and didn't take away from experience.

The split level apartments are very spacious and would be lovely for an extended stay but can be a little trying for a short stay when you need to be lugging laptop and/or food up and down stairs. The house keeping could have been better. Of particular note was the large deposit of toothpaste on the outside of the bathroom basin from a previous occupant which was not visible to someone standing, but was up front and obvious to someone using the facilities. The bath looked amazing and I was sorry I didn't have the time to indulge. Like all Meritons (it seems), the desk setup is more decorative than functional. The chair is worse than uncomfortable and there are no spare power points to plug into. This is also a problem in the bedroom if you want your phone nearby. I ended up working from the couch which was more comfortable but left me with an aching back.

The room was really nice but there was a couple of small things that needed attention (one bathroom door didn't latch closed and the oven smoked alot, no I didn't burn the food). But other than that it was a lovely apartment and I could happily have lived there. The unlimited free Wi-Fi was a nice touch as well, and although it wasn't the fastest by any means, it was acceptable.

Front desk service was excellent. Got a choice of which layout I wanted to get with the 3 bedroom apartment went for split level which was perfect for our group. Beds were so comfortable, had an amazing sleep on there. Would stay again for sure.

Got upgarded to the townhouse style unit which feels like just at home. Exceptional quality for the price we paid. Very friendly & helpful staff who helped rectify most issues. Pool few steps right outside my unit that was a luxury — but not a heated pool so morning swim was a bit chilly. Walking distance also to shopping centre made things so much more convenient. My only doubt was why the alarm set to ring at midnight on my first night there… was so exhausted from the trip, am I supposed to check the digital clock before bed to make sure it's buzzer is off so that it won't wake me in a fright at midnight?

Full apartment with kitchen (with dishwasher, microwave, fullsized fridge, and oven. Plus all cutlery and dishes), washer/dryer, living room, and amenities. Including an indoor pool, spa, and exercise room. There is also discounted parking of $18 a night. The bedroom is separate from the kitchen and living room and includes a king-sized bed, closet (with safe), and TV. The bathroom has both a tub and a shower with adjustable height on the shower head. Other amenities that can be asked for are rice cooker, dental kit, shaving kit, and replenishment of coffee, tea, milk, etc.

Good location, staff very nice and moved us after problems with our apartment. All apartments good size with what you need. Pool and spa very good but impossible to find signage needed!

Friendly staff, beautiful apartments for the price. This one in particular is in a great location on the river. The lifts and Wi-Fi left a bit to be desired though.

The hotel is located in Parramatta, then less than 20 km from the centre of Sydney, which is still reachable by boat along the river.
Prices much more content than those in Sydney, and larger and more comfortable venues.
The accommodation is of the "serviced Apartment" type.
Great value for money.

Large room with top equipment (dishwasher, washing machine, dryer) for a fair price. Prima cafes right around the corner, ferry to Sydney directly at the hotel, train station not a ten minute walk. Room was quiet, staff competent and friendly.

It was great, it had a alot of space and its like an apartment with everything you need. Also so had our own outside area with a nice view.

Very good place to stay and explore Parramatta and Sydney. Close to Train and Ferry. The night shift manager is the best, upgraded us to a better room with parramatta river view. Weekends are a bit pricy. Overall satisfactory.

I highly recommend the Meriton Suites on George St. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I booked a rwo bedroom apartment for 3 nights and got a great rate. The apartment is two storey, spotlessly clean and very well appointed. The location is brilliant as it is close to Parramatta Station, key bus stops and Westfield Parramatta.

Suite is very spacious with all amenities including kitchen and laundry. Easy to get to and surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Was easy to get to Olympic Stadium as well.

Work function that was well looked after and planned. Great staff at the reception and very friendly.

Amazing experience, loved it. Good sized apartments.

Stayed here a week ago and was absolutely fantastic. Room was amazing so we're the staff. Very clean and close to shopping and found it very easy to get public transport to the city.

I arrived early in Sydney on a rainy day way too early for check in. However, much to my surprise I received a call from the hotel saying they would like to offer us an upgrade and would have the room ready right away. Arriving at the hotel the staff were extremely friendly which allowed for a smooth check in process. The two bedroom city view room which I was upgraded to was amazing. Which boasted 2 spacious stories of living space with generous amenities throughout and a roof top balcony! The Wi-Fi was fast with a free 1GB daily allowance, however it was difficult to connect initially a dropped out once or twice but was still usable. The hotel was within short walking distance to Westfield Parramatta which was nice as well as the ferry dock was located at the back of the property. Apon check out I explained to the staff member we were going into the city before returning home and would require luggage storage. She told me that she could arrange for us to leave our bags at one of their properties in the city, which made everything so much easier. The hotel was excellent value for money. The only regret I had was not staying longer, but I will defiantly be back after such a great experience.

It was a really nice place I liked the place.

Horrible experience. The hotel charged me twice for a lost key. On check out, they staff recommended that I pay on the spot via my savings account. One week later, they charged me again using the credit card details I provided them on check in. When I called to ask for a refund, they refused and denied double charging, in spite of the proof I had from my bank statement that the money had been deducted twice by Meriton Apartments. The Manager even claimed the bank made a mistake and asked me to resolve it with the bank. Zero customer service. The customer has to fix their mistakes. This hotel has other hidden charges such as car park fees which they indicate as $25 overnight. It actually means $25 per entry. Don't bother asking their online staff, as they provide wrong information on the rates. I recommend factoring in $25 car park to the accommodation cost as the lobby is designed such that there are steps to reach it from the main entrance, and the only way to reach the lobby without negotiating the steps with all the luggage is by using the basement car park. Lost key is chargeable at $25, which hotel staff will not inform you of from the start. Key is kept in a plastic casing so that it is difficult to safe keep it in the wallet. Making it easier to lose. Staff will not bother to explain to you that to leave the security car park, you just need to press the button, instead of using the room key, as this will increase the risk of losing the key.

It's new, and it's clean. The room is fantastic. The only complaint I have was the Omega laundry washing machine /dryer, apparently everyone on the internet that has used this Omega machine ended up in utter disappointment. Perhaps Meriton should consider upgrading this machine to something more usable and reliable. Restaurants are of great abundance around this area.

Everything is great about these apartments. The style is unique, the decor is classic. The room service is great and are always on point. All my questions are always answered sufficiently regarding the apartment. Not forgetting the really cozy lobby. The best apartments I've seen thus far :) I will definitely miss this place.
