Clean rooms at 3 to 4 star quality. Had friendly customer service team. It was priced well through the hotel discount sites so getting a good deal was a bonus.

While the car entrance and parking lot are quite small and narrow, hotel itself is nice. Surprisingly low noise polution considering how close it is to the airport. In the room I was in, the bathroom is a gigantic flat empty room, which makes showers difficult as the water doesnt drain easily and soap makes the floor dangerously slippery.

Fantastic aparthotel next to the domestic terminal. Very comfortable room with a kitchenette, just a 10min walk from Mascot main street. Would stay again.

The staff were lovely and friendly and all that. Bathroom was a little grotty, but still pretty good. Quite noisy, but I can't blame them what with being right next to the airport. Parking is $20 bucks a night. But you can avoid that by parking 5 minutes down the road and walking down the unlit and crooked pathway.

This was one of my best hotel experience. Thank you for a wonderful night. The apartment was stunning. The sunrise just topped this stay off.

Beautiful staff and apartment. A slight hiccup in booking but they handled it like a star, taking full responsibility for error and providing exactly what was booked. Then spoiling me with tlc.

Car parking is pathetic no availability for guest and over priced. Staff very robotic no personality.

I travel a lot and this is the only hotel I have rebooked! Wifi included! Shuttle bus to the shops! Mini kitchenette with all you’ll need in standard rooms! Block out blinds! Comfy beds & good showers! Tick tick tick! I’ll be back!

Cleanliness could be improved. Warm and friendly staff. Close to the airport which is probably its only saving grace.

Large and spacious room equipped with all amenities: kitchen, lounge, refrigerator, dryer and washing machine. Great service and clean rooms. 10 minutes drive from the airport.

Location, price and comfort. Getting to the airport is a breeze, you don't need to break the bank for a night of stay and the room and beds are just the right level of comfort to relax before traveling anywhere. Always book the quest at Mascot when flying early the next morning to the next destination.

Beautiful large two bedroom apartment. Nice to have a simple breakfast when busy. Main shower and washing machine a little moldy. Otherwise great.

Quest Mascot is one of the most friendliest apartment I've stayed in a very long time well presented very clean The most attractive thing is the friendly and helpfull staff that actually go the extra mile for every customer I will stay that everytime I come to Sydney as just for excellent customer service I had a wonderful time due to the team at Quest apartments Mascot.

Less than 5 minutes away from the airport and 10 mins walk away from the the train station, really convenient. Room is neatly prepared for our arrival, the addition of a kitchen is great for all types of guests. The staffs are generally friendly and approachable. Overall the experience is great.

The hotel itself is great — clean and tidy rooms with great amenities, friendly staff, everything I could want in a hotel! The parking is what really let's it down. $30 a day for limited spaces, which, if you do decide to pay for — are located in a very tight and narrow underground parking garage. The only alternative is street parking — where I am currently parked over 1km away. If it wasn't for the parking — this would be my regular hotel of choice when travelling for work.

I landed in Quest Mascot when I moved to Sydney… I felt it to be a home for me. I stayed there for more than 2 months. Considering my long stay the manager Jo Flynn was kind enough to look at my daily rate and made some discounts, which is very much appreciated. It had a great view of the Airport Runway. Even though the flights were flying so close, but the sound proof windows ensured there was no noise heard. When I reached the day of my check-out, I was feeling very upset to leave the place. As the staff, Jo and even the cleaning girls are so very friendly and they make you feel very comfortable. If I get to stay in Quest again, I would not even think for the second time. Much better than the hotels around the airport area. Thanks Jo for making my stay such a memorable one. Cheers.

Nothing bad at this place but nothing great either. It is clean and comfortable but you have to go out to eat although there are a number of local places that charge back. It is definitely a great location for traveller waiting for a flight.

I have no problem with the hotel or the front-desk. In fact, the location (and view over runways) were excellent. I do however have a problem with no hot water on the evening of arrival and morning of departure.

Second stay here, great location for airport and southern Sydney city. Immaculate rooms, included breakfast (one tiny box of cereal and a popper between 2 guests, more of a gesture than a meal) and plenty of free on street parking on the weekends.

No bulbs in bathroom and kitchenette at all! Having checked in late and having to get up very early (4am) to travel to the airport — I had to shower in darkness using only my cell phone for light as there was no bulbs in the bathroom! Location is perfect for distance to airport but little things like this do count alot! Especially when paying $185 for about 4-5 hours.

Very good clean hotel ask for crazy park space early we are lucky we got.

If you want to feel home, book there :) I stayed there for 6 month and everything was more than perfect, best stuff ever 

Great place to stay with friendly caring staff who were happy to help for any reason. Big thanks to staff member Emily for going out of her way to drive me in her own personal car to the airport and making sure I got my flight on time.
