The most friendly staff I have ever met. The restaurant was fantastic with Frank cooking amazing tasty meals that I didn't even consider going out for anything and Ori the most entertaining host making everyone there welcome with great stories and getting everyone involved, thank you Laurie for your hospitality. Can't wait to stay again.

After having a bad experience elsewhere I stayed here and they were great staff were friendly and easy to approach room were good and clean comfy beds only downside is the prices for the breaky from the restaurant they were a bit high but overall great experience and location.

There are times when I just need a break from traveling up and down the M1 daily and this is it. Simple accommodation with Room service and reasonably priced.

Friendly staff awesome maintenance dude happy to chat and is pretty funny, room service and cleaning what more could you want? Hairdryers and even moisturising lotion.

Quiet, clean and friendly welcome, room overlooking a quiet residential area, easy access to public transportation and very reasonable distance to walk to the Lane Cove area with a lot of friendly restaurants.

A good, clean and comfortable enough place to stay. Free parking, not too far walk to Lane Cove shopping center.

Very comfortable and great for families. I stayed here with my husband and two boys during our trip to explore Sydney. Great location too as it is near a Coles service station and Woolworths supermarket.

The room is not big, the facilities complete clean, the mattress is very comfortable, the main street is convenient to travel, the front desk lad likes to consult with the guest the Chinese reading method, is very interesting.

Hated it. Apart from good location for medical reasons. I would never stay here again.

We had an amazing time on our honeymoon. You are only one bus stop away from the city centre. The staff were so helpful we couldn't ask for more. Great food and enjoyed the happy hour in the restauran. Just perfect.

Have just checked in to this place. The service is great, the location is brilliant if you're driving. The restaurant is 5star and the room and bed are excellent. Best value for money in Sydney. I've found my new digs when I'm in Sydney. A big plus, it's quiet.

Poor housekeeping. Stayed there for five days not a single day the housekeeper vacuum the floor. Never did any dusting. Didnt collect rubbish one day. Last day was worst. Housekeeper didnt replace the towels didnt put any spare toilet roll. Will not go there again.

Most hotel in Australia are basic but many have all what need including a small kitchen with some basics including washing and cutlery…

Clean comfy bed. Found cup saucer in cupboard dirty. But they were good and looked after us.

Nice neat and tidy rooms. Great friendly staff. Very close to Pacific Highway. Good experience during the stay.

I made a booking through Wotif which advertised no cancellation fee. There was some fine print that the motel did have a 24 hour charge for cancellations I never saw. I cancelled on the morning of my stay due to an unforeseen issue on the wotif website. I then called the motel spoke to Penny to tell her I was extremely sorry I’d just cancelled but I’d be back. There’d been an illness in the family. Shortly later I received an email stating the full amount of $138 was deducted from my credit card as a cancellation fee. I called Penny back to confirm this was correct. With no empathy she said that’s it 100% of the room charge is deducted if cancelled within 24 hours. I did say I’d be back next week. It didn’t seem to matter. Last time I’d stay there So if there’s a death in your family they keep your money! Cheap money hungry people.

Handy location to resteraunts and night life.

Fairly basic accommodation… neat but dated rooms. Not at all suited for a long term stay. Overnight is fine.

2nd time we've stayed here. Bedroom and bathroom was clean and towels lovely. Bed was very comfortable and all very reasonably priced.

Free parking, value accommodation, comfortable bed, roomy shower, plenty of space in a standard room. Friendly staff. Good room service. Will choose it again if I need to stay in the area.

Front desk staff was nice. Hotel (actually it's a motel) is dated with small rooms. Convenient to Longueville shopping and restaurants.

Nothing wrong with the accommodation I actually wanted to extend my stay for 2 weeks but the manager failed to get back to me after staff left multiple messages to contact me I will be making arrangements to stay elsewhere! The staff where really helpful and kind unfortunately there hard work has been let down bye someone who should lead by example.

Better than expected to be honest. Spotlessly clean, and well cared for. Showing its age in some ways, and yet maintainance is high. If you are lucky enough to get Ori serve you in the resturaunt… he is a blast. Made my stay even more enjoyable with his hospitality.

Room was clean, bathroom was clean, bed was comfy, TV worked — all good really.

Staff friendly. Room was clean. Toilet seat was broken. Mattress very lumpy and uncomfortable. There is so much better available for similar $$$. Expensive for what it was.

Comfortable, clean & close to the Longueville shopping/restaurant strip. Easy access to buses & the M1/M2. Great for short stays if you're on a business trip.

A complete surprise. It was an emergency stopover, so, no time to get picky. This was not my first rodeo. I've stayed at The pierre new york, The Burj al arab dubai, and so on. This older motel was spotless, efficient and comfortable. The attached restaurant was satisfying and very hospitable. Yes, I would go back there, and it was so reasonably priced.

The motel is hidden from view away from Pacific Hwy. Even though it is so close to the highway, the room is reasonably quiet. The Lane Cove Bus interchange is within walking distance. The downside is the room size, it's small. In my opinion, the room size are one of the smallest in the comfort Inn chain. Luckily the reception staff upon check-in was friendly and helpful (I think her name was Dolly). The Lane Cove shopping is also a walking distance.

Never again will we stay there… Ever!

Great service at Terracotta restaurant.

The rooms are the size of a shoebox. When they have spare rooms, they let the emergency accommodation homeless stay there — consequently I had to park on the street so the homeless could park their holden commodores there. Pathetic, dodgy, cheap accommodation. They will try to promote the onsite 'restaurant' to you, but after looking at the menu and prices, you'd be better off at McDonalds.
