Booked 3 rooms for a family get away and had the best weekend. Property is handy to everything and the rooms and staff just perfect. Very helpful front staff and accommodating to everything. Room were clean and comfortable. Will be back soon.

Staff make it stress free and are very helpful when people like me are so indecisive. Rooms are very comfortable and tidy.

I’ve not been Here on a holiday but for personal circumstances. The lady’s/gents at the front Desk have gone above and beyond! They hand made me feelSo comfortable and keep extending my stay, making sure I was fed, and relaxed at the sameTime making sure my mental health was in tacit! I can recommend a better place toStay! So clean. My roomWas cleaned everyday (while I was at the hospital everyday) they even snuck me a sneaky bottle of something special (while I was a mess) I can’t recommend this place more and I can’t wait toCoke backFor an actual break/holiday! 10/10Yanks guys xxx appreciated everything you guys have done for me and my family xxx.

It’s a nice place with an excellent location.
However we could not check into our room till 3 because apparently check in is from 2pm and they can’t guarantee a time your room can be ready.
Oh and we had to park a mile up hills and walk for ever as there was no available parking at the place so it’s not ideal to visit if your old or with injuries because the walk is a killer and not to mention your prized car is parked in some back street.

I absolutely love this place! The location is just amazing. The beautiful Coogee Beach is just out the front! The rooms are extremely clean and spacious and staff are friendly and helpful. The price is very reasonable and there is so much to do. Coastal walks, beach, restaurants and just relaxing in a lovely room. You can’t go wrong staying here. I will keep coming back.

Great location. Shops and restaurants in easy walking distance, buses to the city & Bondi two minutes away and the beach just opposite ⛱. Comfy, spacious room and friendly, helpful staff. Couldn't want for more.

From our initial phone call to check-out staff were amazing. We originally booked in to another hotel and was disappointed from their arrogance. Staff couldn't be more helpful when we rang and explained our situation. Great location, amazing roof top with views and bbq area. Thank you for turning what could have been a disastrous weekend in to one we will never forget. It's a A+ for us.

Terrible experience by staff and manager unhelpful and rude on entering. Had authorisation from family business to pay on business card and they wouldn’t except as we were accused of stealing the card! Then asked to pay cash and we should trust them. Wow the ladies one including a manager was discriminative and rude. Wouldn’t recommend to stay here and it’s not the first time I have experienced their rudeness. Lucky for a lovely place around the corner. Your loss!

A terrible stay at Coogee sands. I have just stayed at Coogee sands for about an hour when the manager burst into my room without knocking. I was half naked she was extremely rude and then proceeded to kick me out to hide her embarrassment. Would not recommend. Coogee sands is overpriced and has terrible customer service.

Place is great, we were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment from a studio apartment. They let us into the car park before we checked in so we didn't have to find a park on the street. We were given assistance getting our luggage up to our rooms which was incredibly helpful. The staff are all very friendly. The rooms in the apartment are spacious clean and modern. The location is fantastically central and the sun deck has a great view. I wouldn't hesitate to come back. The staff are knowledgeable about the area and they handle accidents well and aren't unreasonable at all.

Upon checking in I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I had been upgraded to an ocean view studio apartment. This made our stay extra special. The room was clean and comfortable. Although there was a slight plumbing issue with noisey pipes coming from the shower in the adjoining room, everything was good. Staff were warm and friendly.

Lovely little hotel right on the beach. A great deal, but we did visit in May and it was chilly. Room was spacious enough for our family and even had a little mini bar.

Great staff, great location, reasonably priced. The staff were unbelievable in how accommodating and helpful they were. We ran into some problems with our sons visa and the took emails for us and scanned and sent documents. They also allowed us an early check-in and watched our bags while we went for breakfast.

Beds were comfortable. Very clean. Super friendly staff. Windows had no flyscreens and bathroom had unfinished edge that I kept tripping on.

This was a clean, decently priced room and the staff were champion.

Immediate proximity to the beach of Coogee, access to free parking convenient but in flat a limited Wi-Fi access and a price high enough for a classic room without sea view.

Apartment is a hotel room. Doesn't matter what price it's cost… Kitchenette is a microwave. And bath is ok… if ya 4 foot. Owned better tents.

Not on beach wedged behind a bar room felt like prison cell. Staff were however great and it was clean.

For the money this is excellent! Large space, washing facilities, roof top bbq area, right on the beach, private parking. Highly recommended.

Great location, literally right next to Coogee beach. Room was clean with plenty of space. Great water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. Comfy bed.

Stayed here for 3 nights and will definitely be back. Staff were helpful, room was clean and a good size for price. Balcony was huge with views overlooking both beach and park. Plenty of eating places close. Housekeeping staff were lovely.

Fantastic apartments, huge in size very modern with everything you need for your stay. The room was ready when we arrived so we were able to book in early which was great after our flight. The reception staff were very helpful and there is a jewel in this crown the Amazing Roof Top Terrace with BBQ area.

I booked the accommodation with a travel agent and had very little information given to me, but was promissed a good location and a room with at least a balcony if no view. There was neither. The room was very basic, and not very clean (there was hair in the supposedly clean bed). There are not many hotel facilities, no pool or gym but there is a roof top terrace which has a great view, but is full of cockroaches, so take insectiside with you if you plan to sit there. Staff were friendly and helpful, called us when our room was ready, but unfortunately I found the hotel to be too expensive for what it had to offer despite the hotel's location and friendly staff.
