Razist place. They say cant accept italian people. Absolutely crazy.
Razist and this place must report to police.

They have an absolute total disregard for the safety and well being of their customers. Deciding that an appropriate course of action is to evict 3 girls onto the streets and into a torrential storm in the early hours of the morning. Leaving them vulnerable to the elements and the city at night. Even though they have paid in full for their accommodation. The total lack of thought and judgement by their new management is an absolute disgrace. If anything was to happen it would be on the management's hands.

I had a great stay in 2017 and ended up staying for several months, as I loved it so much! Great staff, easy going, friendly vibes, great atmosphere, lots of free events (bbqs, movie nights, pancake mornings), as well as paid events — day tours with Monni on her travel desk, nights out, great ocean views from the room, a great rooftop, big kitchen, surf hire…. Honestly this place was great! 🙏🏽🌈🌊
