Great rooms and fantastic friendly service — in the heart of lovely Hay.

Good sized room, quiet, clean, excellent Wi-Fi, nice little swimming pool. Across the road is the Wok takeaway with excellent pizza. Very good for a stopover.

Very nice motel. Clean, pleasantly decorated, good bed, good shower, hairdryer, toaster etc Pool, nice outdoor setting. Staff where friendly and helpful. Book direct for the best price.

Service was very nice and location was excellent. The room was very nice for a one night stay or a place to act as a place to sleep while exploring the area. The reason only 4 stars is because we found the bed to be a little hard for our comfort.

Stayed one night on my way to Sydney from Adelaide, the staff were friendly, the rooms were very lovely for a motel. Good family environment, they had a BBQ area, fire pit, small playground, small animals and were overall a great motel. Will definitely visit again, cannot wait to see how they grow and develop as a motel/hotel. :) )

Forget the motel on the corner near the roundabout and head into Hay and rest here. Best value motel in town by far and the staff are more than willing to wait up if you're on a long drive. Extremely friendly too.

I've stayed here several times on our trips from Sydney to Adelaide, I can't reccomend this hotel enough the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Rooms are very neat and tidy. Great pool area and especially wonderful to be able to have our dogs with us at an affordable price. 5 star.

Easy personal booking by phone. Excellent facilities for a good price. Toaster, microwave, tea and coffee. Friendly owners and good choice of food nearby.

Very accommodating for motorcylists. Have a shower at night… the solar hot water runs out by the morning.

Customer service is top notch. Booked last minute and late arrival was made a breeze. Bed was quite hard, but for the price it is quite good value.

They let me park in the car park to sleep overnight for free, it meant a lot and helped me have a safe drive the next day!

We checked-in at night after a long trip and we got the family room for the same price of the double, which were sold out. The room was nicely styled and very clean, with supplies for making coffee and a microwave. There is a pub and a pizza/thai place right front, which is very convenient. Good value.

Me and my husband arrived very late during our stay here… around 12.40midnite… I thought it will be difficult to check in that late, I did called the hotel and tell them that I will be very late. : but the hotel owner truely understand our situation, they prepare everything, switch on the aircond before our arrival, store some milk into our hotel room fridge, and told us where to get the key ourself… so me and my husband arrived to the hotel and go straight to our hotel room! Super easy! The next morning only we settle the receipt… if we happen to come to hay again, I will definitely stay here again!

Very accommodating. Eclectic and cute. Everything we needed at fingertips. Clean and comfortable. Nice pool area. Towels, sunblock and moisturiser available poolside.
Will definitely make this place our regular stopover place.

What an amazing place to stay! Pool in the warmer months outdoor heating in the cooler months so you can still enjoy the beautiful outdoor experience then a beautiful comfortable stylish room to lay your head — close to all amenities and nothing is a hassle.

I travel through Hay several times a year and have found this motel to be the best value in town. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room is spotless and the price for a single person is excellent. It is only minutes away from the centre of town. Walking. Will stay again.

I stayed here with my family for a first night and as soon as we went into our room it was clean and everything was nice as well as staff who directed where everything was in downtown Hay. The hotel even has a swimming pool but I never went in there.

Very nice for the price. Room was cozy and well appointed. Drive way is a bit loud if other people leave early in the morning (large, loose gravel stones). Staff are friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay again.
