Whilst the park is very conveniently located for touristy activities in and around Canberra, we were very disappointed in the accommodation. The "villa" was very small and cramped. When booking we made it clear that the two adults in our party of six were mother and son and would not be sharing the double bedroom, but there was no linen provided for the sofa bed. Relaxing in the villa was difficult as the only seating was one three-seater sofa or upright dining chairs. Photographs of the pool are very misleading; it is small and usually crowded. Although the park rules state that the area will be monitored and users asked to leave if there for a long time, to make way for others, we never found this to be the case. When finally able to take the children for a long-awaited swim, at 7pm, we were very rudely told the pool was closed less than half an hour later, although the entry gate stated it would close at dark (more than an hour later). There was also no requirement for adults to control children who openly flouted the "rules" by running and "bombing", making the pool uncomfortable for other users and scaring young children. The parents ignored their bad behaviour and carried on drinking their glasses and bottles of alcohol — again breaking rules and simple common sense. All in all, a pretty average experience and we will look for alternate accommodation for our next visit. 4/10.

No! Don't waste your time or money. Rude staff, and they do not honour refunds due to COVID.

Do not book at this place again, staff is very rude and do not honouring the refund due to COVID lock down. Stay away from them! This is the first time I encountered a non refundable booking due to lock down…. Be aware.

Crestview Caravan park is the most friendly place ive stayed at throughout the year I've stayed at many parks and motels this year and. Was by far the nicest and cleanest place to stay. I 100% recommend staying here above all other places.

Best caravan park we have come across! Staff were delightful. Amenities were exceptional and modern. Great location, 15 minutes from the city and floriade. The pool looked great, but still too cold for us to utilise. Highly recommend!

We stayed at Crestview for the National Disability Bowling tournament in Canberra. We requested that the rooms be allocated close together & that they have cooking facilities as well as specific accessibility requirements for our team's needs. These requirements were all met & the rooms were clean and spacious.

I would recommend to be nice organised accommodation provided.
Very neat and tidy and suitable for family vacations and holidays.

The cabins are overpriced and not maintained.
Shower tap fell off. Towel rack fell down and toilet seat slid to the side.
The cutlery draw was filthy and the lino floor was sticky.
But the park was right outside the cabin which was good. Staff were constantly sticky beaks. Never returning and sure as will not be referring. I will review as many times as I can. Awful!

Nice park, best suited to vans and campers 18ft and under, amenities are excellent.

Small compact park. Close to shops and club. River sounds very relaxing.

Disgusting, ripped mattresses in bunks with glitter & dust stuck to mattress. Chip packets under the bunks.

We stayed there last Friday n Saturday nights, booked the villa for disabled, bathroom/ toilet great n spotless, but if I'd been in a wheel chair no way could I have got into bedrooms, no space at all for wheel chair, bed linen n towels were Gray colour looked n felt dirty, I couldn't sleep at all as had bad itch on my legs, not sure if fleas.
Will never stay there again.

The location is good for the shops and fast food restaurants. They allow dogs. The entrance is not gated and you are opposite the bus station. The place could use a bit more money spent on it so all the sites had concrete and the maintenance improved.

We arrived mid afternoon to a lovely warm cabin as the owner had turned on the heating on to warm the whole cabin for us, friendly reception nice and clean area.

Toliet and shower isn't clean proberly. Great spot very close to shops main street and pub. If the showers and toilets where clean every day. It would be a 5 star caravan park.

We ended up at Crestview after a day trip in Canberra turned out longer than expected. We booked online on boxing day hoping we could get a room. As we booked "after hours" we then rung to check all was ok. We had to call again when we arrived for key collection and the girl came to meet us to assist was very pleasant. We only needed the one night and as our room wasnt cleaned, we ended up with a room upgrade. The cabin was very clean and could tell quite new. Could have stayed longer if work commitments weren't a factor.

To expensive, needs a gardener full time, close to shops, restaurants & hotels great town queanbeyan. Park needs more fencing from main road for prvacy.

Booked into a cabin, and was shocked to see mould growing on the 3 mattresses for my kids to sleep on. As the office was closed with no answer I have had to goto Kmart and buy additional bedding and mats for the kids to sleep on.

This park has loads of potential, however the management sucks. The park reception closes bang on five, and any traveler after this time is left scratching their heads. I know of alot of camper who arrive after five and leave before the office opens. Hates cash.

Everything nice Belinda in the office is very pleasant and obliging.

Have always enjoyed staying there. Have some concrete slabs, overnight cabins. Nice clean amenities. Cloths line available. Easy walk to the store/shops/take away places/hotels…

Everything is kept clean. Price is right, and directly opposite a bus station for a trip to Canberra.

Cabin toilet lid split, cistern keeps running, fan in shower banging, fridge inside held together with duct tape. Been before and park is going down hill.

Nice little caravan park. Clean amenities. No playgrounds TV rooms etc for kids. Very close to the centre of Queanbeyan. We had trouble checking in late, which should be easy.

Could do with a second amenities block.

My family and I have stayed here twice and both times the staff were lovely and welcoming. I absolutely loved staying here afew years ago and now my family and I have enjoyed it this time and we will always come back as they staff always make you feel welcome, like your coming home. We have been so relaxed my eldest sons wants to stay forever but alas our time here must come to a end but no matter we will always remember our stay here with fond memories…

Very disappointed! We called ahead advising them how big our campers were and we were assured that we would fit on their last 2 sites. I paid one night on both sites to secure them. At 4.45pm they called asking if we were far away, I told them we should arrive at about 5 they said they would be closed up by then and would leave a map at the front door of reception (first caravan park I've been to that closes at 5! ). We got there at 5.05pm everything locked up, found our map and headed to our sites. We were shocked to see one was barely the size of a car park! The other site was only 1/4 of the size bigger, definitely not big enough for either of our trailers! Did I mention one had a drop off into the river (with no fence! ) behind it (perfect for 3 kids?! ) and we would have to run our power cord across a road. We had to then call around town to find last minute accomodation and ended up spending more than triple the amount per night to stay in a cabin since it was so late before we could get anywhere else. After over a week of calling asking for a refund, they relayed back to us from the owner that they would not and that the owner would not speak directly to us, except via email.

Excellent value for money, pretty good cabin.
