What a beautiful park. We are on a site with a very new en-suite which is gorgeous. Our friend is in a cabin which is also gorgeous. Staff are very friendly, one even came out to pat our dog. Had lunch at cafe which was delicious. Weather was beautiful for first two days but rained all night so hope it clears up. A magnificent park with wonderful staff.

Beautiful location, right in the beach, very quiet when we were there. GDecent size sites, good clean amenities and the campkitchens were great! Extremely helpful staff whe we had to report a problem. Love the wall art on the amenities block too.

We have a beautiful villa … clean and spacious. The. BBQ area was perfect for our Probus group to get together and enjoy. Staff on arrival were welcoming and helpful… the park is well kept and perfect if you have children… so much for them to enjoy. With the ocean literally just over the pathway it is a great place for a holiday or a few days mid week for oldies like us.

Amazing holiday with family and friends Great staff Clean environment. So much to do Beach 5 min walk swimming pool massive jumping trampoline. Tennis court put put tide on bikes possom feeds I will definitely return beautiful cabins campsites with ensuite.

Just got back today from our little getaway and this place was fantastic! Nice, clean accommodation and the facilities for the kids are great. We couldn’t get them off the peddle bikes! Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to go back.

Love this place, it's our go to spot not far from home that has it all.
Beach, pool, kids entertainment and kiosk with tavern/restaurant.
Short drive to the tavern and Nelsons Bay.

We just stayed here over the weekend and we are very happy with our stay. The cabin was clean and homely! so much to do within the holiday park. The kids loved the jumping pillow, pool, table tennis, tennis, mini golf, the hired bikes and just behind the cabins is a trail to the beach. We also loved the visit from the possums at night. My kids absolutely loved George the cockatoo. It was a great park. I highly recommend it for anyone, especially those with kids. The staff were great, friendly and very helpful. Thank you.

The staff are very rude to the point of calling the guests Wankers. We called security, to be told they will be down to our site but never turned up, after another 19 calls to them our number got blocked so we called off another number 5 more times and still no security
When we went to tell front office staff they were not interested at all, and didn’t want to know about it.
We were recommended to your park but we definitely won’t be back and will not be recommending your park to anyone.

Just finishing our two week stay at Ingenia one mile. Fantastic park and extremely helpful staff. Adam that works at the park was helpful and good for a chat. Thanks for the help with my site. Much appreciated Upgraded bathrooms were great and the kids bath was a hit with the wife. Will be back next year and can’t wait.

The reception sell bait so I went to grab some then remember I have no fishing license. I asked Sam at reception if they sold fishing licenses, she said she’d never been ask before but in two seconds she had it all done on line for me. Now that’s Service. ❤️

Stayed there for 3 nights this month, our third visit. This time I had my assistance dog with me. Lovely park and very AD friendly. Can’t wait to return next February. Kirstin and Loki (AD)

2 adults + 1 yr and 3 yr old. Stayed for 3 nights in Winter. Was not a good experience. The heater turned off the first night and we thought maybe it had a timer so turned that off. The 2nd night, nope, it still turns off every hour or so. After 2 freezing nights I asked the staff who sent the maintenance man out, he said it needs the electrician to turn the timer off who was coming the following day, when we leave so that was no help. He came back and offered some heaters so that was ok. Then the morning we left, there was no hot water to shower. Overall wasnt very clean either. Hopefully they are better during summer however we probably wont be returning to find out.

Me & my partner booked a budget cabin for the week. When we arrived we walked into the cabin an noticed half the toilet was on top of the sink & there was no water to the cabin at all. The next morning I told the staff & they were very apologetic, turns out we were accidently put into a cabin that was under maintenance. They ended up upgrading us to a beautiful villa away from everyone with beach access & a fantastic view. Plus gave us cookies & hot chocolate lol. But the upgrade was crazy! Very nice staff. They couldn't have made it better for us. Very thankful we chose ingenia holiday park. X.

Nice and quiet. Beach easy Access. Only disapointment was that the pool wasn't heated. Some maintained in ensuite but otherwise excellent.

This is yet another beautiful spot to take your family to. Pool, mini golf, smooth roads perfect for scooter rides & bikes, playground. Plenty of foliage & their ensuite are absolutely to die for for those who opt to caravan with younger children. There is a patrolled beach within 5min walk. We def will be back there.

A wonderful spot and the park has everything you need. A five minute drive to Nelson Bay. Beach only a five minute walk. We could not fault our stay at all. One of many highlights of our visit was the help and friendliness of the reception staff, especially Suzanne! She went out of her way to make our stay a very welcoming one. We will definitely return again. Thank you very much.

We stayed in our van on a powered site down the back of the park in the run down unmaintained, dirty sandy section of the park with no shade which honestly is virtually a paddock and shouldn't be hired out until they tidy the area up… a lot. Wouldn't have stayed in this section if I knew it was like this if it were free. Showers were terrible and leaked at the wall spraying water all over my dry clean clothes leaving them wet. However went for a walk around the park and the camp sites towards the front of the park are beautiful and shady with nice green grass which would have been a top spot. The pool is also great. Very disappointed.

Basic cabin was not well maintained. Grounds, pool and other amenities were very nice. Beach is amazing.

Facilities were good and its just next to the beautiful One Mile Beach. The problem we found when camping is that all our spots were on sand so it was hard to pitch the tent and get the pegs to stick to the sand. They had 1 net on the ground but our tents didn't fit all on it so 2 tents were blown down since the pegs didn't stay in the ground. Everything got so sandy too since you're walking on sand the whole time. So our tent ended up looking like a beach…

Great place to stay, so close to the beautiful beach. Loved it overall but was disappointed by the fact that eaxh cabin no longer had a personal BBQ like they used to. The Wi-Fi and Foxtel was also very bad quality.

Were there with the grandchildren for the second time and we liked it well. The grounds are very child-friendly. The staff very friendly. On the second visit, the terrace at the house was quite small for six people at the assigned hut and we could easily move the next day, to another hut.

We had the most wonderful time here in the off season. The facilities are good, clean showers and toilets, a cafe/bar very close by, a great big camp kitchen, plus barbeques, a pool with waterslide, the jumping pillow, an aviary (yes really! ), and a small course of mini golf to play with the kids. There are permanent residents here and although they keep to themselves they don't seem unfriendly or bothered by the tourists. The beautiful One Mile Beach is just over the hill — careful making your way down the sand dunes! Keep in mind the surf gets quite rough and there weren't any surf lifesavers around. In the off season though, it's perfect — quiet, cool, you just want to go for long lovely walks and dip your feet in the chilly sea anyway. Such a peaceful place to be and I'm sure we will return.

Great little caravan park its only downside is that its not located close to the beach side. Thanks for the memories.

Great place, more like a small town. Clean bathrooms and campsite. Lots of things to do: large beach, pool, spa, bouncy pillow, mini golf, tennis, TV nights for kids… Many families with kids around.

What a great place to stay clean tidy park very polite and well presented staff would stay here again only negative is the noise curfew needs to be in forced park was quite during week but come Friday and Saturday. Nights quite noisy past 1030 pm noise curfew otherwise a very nice place to stay.

We had a large group of families. Kids run wild… scooters… jumping pillow… pool… free kids activities… free sausage sizzle… amazing place for parents to kick back and kids have fun. We had young kids 3 to 9 to. We already booked to come back next year.

Bit hard to fit into site amongst trees, plenty of possums, but close to surf and cozy restaurant.

Last 2 times camping campers think its good to party till 2 im the morning… grate place grate for little ones but would say a room is a better choice.

We had a great stay last weekend for our commitment ceremony and all staff were great and we enjoyed every moment. We had a very large group and all cabins were awesome 6/7 in total over the whole three day period we stayed there. Highly recommend these guys no matter what your needs and or budget.

Had a wonderful weekend here. Had a powered site, the amenities were very clean. Easy check in after hours. Would highly recommend.

One of our favourite family holiday destinations. Well priced, right next to the incredible One Mile Beach, and with a heated spa, the kids couldn't be happier. And being a stone's throw away from an oyster farm means the wife is happy too!

Winter school holidays. Low volume of tourists and they were nicely spread out. We had ensuite site and this needed a good 'spring clean' as there was a bit of a build up of dust and grime in nooks and crannies. Great 37*C spa and slightly heated pool at 23*C. Common room heated and can select movies to watch on the projector screen. Watched State of Origin as well. Swell cafe on the beach makes a decent coffee. One Mile Beach is a great beach (but is only 1km long — go figure). Especially protected Southern end. Staff were pleasant and active in all aspects of running the park.

Really well run park in an awesome location. Great pool too.

This is one of my favorite places to swim and spend time, its absolutely mesmerizing, especially during sunrise and sunset. There's sand-dunes nearby, to bring out the inner child, you can slide down on cardboard boxes or boogie boards, it's especially fun for kids. There's no amenities or cafes nearby, but its worth spending time at. For swimming, its definitely best to do at the southern-end of One Mile, which is patrolled by lifeguards during summer, up the northern side and at Samurai, there is persistent rips, so don't bother going there, especially if there kids with you. Its just not worth it.

Everything we could ever ask for in our budget cabin… Exceeded our expectations…

Love the spa villa beach is right behind. Kids enjoyed. Have stayed there 3 times already and plan to do so every time I visit port Stephens. Staff is friendly.

Stayed 3 nights in car park near the beach. Could meet professional fishermen on the beach every day and buy from them.

Dodgy place, poor service! DO NOT GO.

They advertise that they are pet friendly. However, don't be fooled. No pets are allowed in any of the cabins and even on certain dates at the camping areas! What is really dissapointing is that when I was canceling the booking due to this issue they kept on mentioning that the terms and conditions states that 'no pets are allowed' although the web page mentions that they allow pets. They should not advertise themsleves as pet friendly. Worst staff too.
