Staff just made it difficult to give any feedback on all tyese problems and although they were rectified the room shouldn't of been rented with these problems.
— absolutely filthy ceiling fan and toilet cistern lid off on arrival.
— stains on floor.
— provided a kettle and toaster but no utensils to stir or spread.
— lamps in rooms didn't work.

I wish I had read the reviews first. The motel was awful. Paid a little extra for the comfort of a spa bath but was horrified to find the water that came out of it was yellow and dirty. When told the owners about this they didnt care and wouldnt give a refund. $115 for a night with no proper warm blankets, unusable shower/spa bath, a microwave was included but no cutlery or dishes supplied to actually eat anything in the comfort of your cold room with broken air conditioning. Patio does not exist. No milk was supplied for tea or coffee. Complimentary toiletries do not exist. Just tacky dirty soap dispensers on the wall. Completely useless place. Told the owner I would leave a bad review and she said she didnt care its cheap so people will always stay. She didnt offer an apology for the unusable spa I paid for in my room and also didn't believe me that the water was yellow and preceded to check the water using the water jug provided in the room. The jug used to test the dirty water was left in the room. Be careful whoever is in room 8A next. (Also spoke to a cleaner when I happily returned my key and found out they are severely underpaid) To make things even worse then getting into a cold smelly bed (after not being able to use a shower) there was a strange cord hanging from the roof and a brick missing near it. Felt like someone was watching me all night. Dont stay here unless you want bed bugs crawling on you.

Very very cheap crappy out dated old room with yellow water coming out of taps, so cant shower/ bath or drink any water. Bathroom was also filthy with poor appliances and poor room condition. Has a microwave but no plates bowls or cutlery, no bin, tea and coffee but no milk. Bed had only sheets, being winter it was freezing and the heater blanket didnt work. Told owner about poor quality and she didnt seem to care. Said that the rooms cheap so people will always stay there. Not going to improve room quality at all. Owner tested yellow water with the provided water jug as she didn't believe us. Used water jug is in the room still. In fear of bed bugs I slept in the car… never ever stay here! Ever! as a last resort do yourself a favor save some money and go to best western down the road.

Huge upgrade required to get to self proclaimed 4 stars! Major upgrade on rooms and bathroom required, presentation of toiletries was very poor, beds were ok but because of the state of the room it brought bed bugs to mind, couch had stains and was filthy underneath pillows (we unfortunately found this out due to our children) double rooms was requested and agreed to however once in the room only one room was provided however two beds were provided in the living/dining area, TV was tiny and so was the seating (couch) provided in proportion to beds, was very tempted not to stay however it was just one night so sucked it up. One good thing was the electric blankets on the bed.

Great service. I booked later one night as I didn't expect to have to stay the night. They were friendly assertive. Quick online booking. Room was clean. Reverse cycle worked great. Breakfast was toast or cereal n coffee. Would stay again.

Good service. Nice accommodation. Clean and comfortable. Decent simple breakfast. Wi-Fi connection wasn’t great but it worked. Being right on the road I was surprised by how much of the noise did not bleed through. Heating worked and hot water was good. Always plenty of coffee and tea. Good place to stay at a reasonable price.

Okay for one night stay. Tired decor. Front family room very noisy — noise from within motel and the road. Free breakfast included of toast, cereals and warm and cold drinks — this was appreciated.

NO HOT WATER, and no compensation for being unable to provide an essential service of a motel. Plus the receptionist was extremely rude.

Very average stay. Booked a spa room — spa water was yellow at first run, lots of gunk in pumps in second run of the spa, very unpleasant. Only one electric blanket worked on a double bed and the dvd player would not read any newly bought disks. Staff were not helpful. However it was a confortable and clean room, ok for a pit stop when driving long distances. Complimentary breakfast was good (only stair access) and coffee was good enough to start the day off right.

Clean and tidy Blankets were not enough to keep us warm. Thank goodness for the heater.

Awful dirty walls and bathroom with heavy smell of room deodorant trying to hide evils in the carpet. Dated accommodation that needs an overhaul. New Indian owners. Looks good from the outside and on website but not so.

Overall the room was fine. Lack of water pressure and heat made it hard to have a decent shower. Staff seem friendly enough however the late night manager was hard to communicate with. She did not understand the difference between an eftpos card and a debit card thinking they were the same over the phone. Would recommend as a last resort. There are higher rated and cheaper places in Albury.

Friendly staff, but very basic. Water jug in the fridge was filthy, none of the soap dispensers were filled and I hadn't been given a blanket so I was pretty cold at night. Other than those minor things, the internet was great and the location was good with plenty of parking. Would stay again.

Great place to stay, large rooms, very clean, friendly staff.

It has everything you need for a night in Albury. It’s located near both a BP and a Caltex as well as a nice coffee place next door (BBB). Rooms were clean an comfortable but the bathroom and shower did have a little mould. Continental breakfast was included but was not overly inspiring. They also have a nice pool that’s open until 9pm.

Reasonable place considering location and price.

Good motel close to the city centre. Nice and quiet, very large room, good comfortable bed. The included continental breakfast was an unexpected bonus. Fresh fruit, all the cerials, different types of bread to toast, juice tea and coffee. What more could ypu want.

Lovely clean room's… staff are so friendly… big rooms great car packing… yummy breakfast big shower with great water flow… big mirrors for us ladies washing machine… & great bird called traffic light… great place to stay & Aussie ran yippy… I got a late check out the staff are so lovely… pls stay while in Albury…

Friendly staff good breaky was included but the rooms are a bit outdated and need a bit of fixing up!

Because I know them and they are very friendly always want to help you and your stay there and anything you want or need just ask em rooms are big they have family rooms available very clean & all facilities available to you amen.

A good option in Albury if you are not fussie. Lovely staff very nice people.

Tidy motel with breakfast served in the dining room. Nice park beside the Murray River over the street. Interesting and massive historic CPU on display at reception.

Friendly service. Family room was well appointed. The free buffet continental breakfast was the best I've had.

Lovely big clean rooms and quiet at a good price. We were walk ins and had wonderful service. The best part is the complimentary breakfast which is fresh and filling. It makes traveling easy not having to worry about breakfast. Would stay here again and would recommend this motel to everyone.
