Lake Crackenback — what a beautiful place to stay at! Me and my Fiancé enjoyed every moment we spent here. Lots of activities to do and a really damn nice Buffet breakfast included. Dinner here at “Cuisine” was also delicious. I will almost certainly be coming back next year.

Great place to stay and really convenient to the snow fields. Two restaurants offer eat in or take away options. View is stunning. Other activities are available.

Great place for a relaxing and fun filled holiday! Stunning view from our balcony. Lots of activities for the kids to do and not far from both thredbo and perisher blue. We loved everything there!

Fantastic location stayed in winter 2017 and it snowed overnight was amazing. Great bus to the ski tube. Great restaurants. Checkin was easy. Very helpful staff. Just the lady who checked us out was a bit of a cranky mole but other than that the stay was great and we will be back (maybe she was having a bad day! )

Absolutely wonderful place to stay year round. Something to do in every season. The waterfront apartments have spectacular views of both the lake and the mountains, unit 47 in particular has a beautiful stone fireplace, with incredible views, you can feed ducks off the balcony, play board games with a glass of wine, sit back and relax in a beautiful apartment. The restaurants are great to eat at, and the walking tracks and other amenities are fantastic. You can take a canoe out on the lake, play golf and archery, take an art class, swim, work out, get a massage, there's always something to do, or if you'd rather relax you don't have to do anything at all.

2BR loft apartments are great, all the comforts of home but with spectacular views. Disappointed we couldn't get into Cuisine restaurant as they were booked out the whole weekend, but went to Larder instead. The food there was quite good, but the staff were a bit hit and miss. They also turned away customers, saying they were booked out, but they had plenty of vacant tables while we were there, so not sure what the story is with that. The shuttle bus up to Thredbo with the pushy was a nice touch and the 20km ride back was really good fun, mostly down hill and not too technical. Canoe and kayaks were fun and free, as were the tennis courts, swimming pool, gym, spa, archery, etc… the list goes on. Segways were a little exy, but if we go back, will have to give them a go. Fishing directly from the balcony was cool, but didn't appear to be any trout left in the lake. Apparently they restock it twice a year. Overall it's a great place to stay with or without kids — there's something for everyone! It's not the cheapest place to stay, but we will likely be back.

In summer time there are many activities available. Great for families and large groups. The resort is located within easy access to Thredbo and Jindabyne.

Brilliant location and family entertainment. Bikes, Segways, Canoeing and Kangaroos. Rooms overlooking the lake and mountains. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff and great place to come in summer. All food options on site are excellent.

Got married here and it was excellent, went back a year later for our anniversary and the cleaning and services had really dropped off. Eco-logs don't work in an open fire but that's all you can BUY to keep your house warm because the air-conditioning was down also. Unfortunately we'll stay elsewhere next time we go to Jindabyne.

The friendly greeting from Host Services was the perfect start to the holiday and the attention to detail was amazing. The personalised service from the restaurant was fantastic. The entire resort team made sure you felt welcome. If staying in summer you can spend the whole time at the resort and not be lost for things to do. In winter you can't look past the proximity to the ski fields. Either way it's luxury in the mountains.

We had a family dinner at the Alpine Larder, we were seated in a a converted building that was a pure joy to be in, the design in lighting and old Australian architecture have to be appreciated. The food is no major revolution but well cooked and presented. It was noted that their restrictions on their menu were somewhat unorthodox and bamboozling and having separate breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus would have fixed the confusion. Staff were attentive and well presented, but overstaffed in waiting section as an open kitchen does not leave a place to idle unobserved by patrons.

Rooms were lovely and was a great time of year. Very special to wake up to snow outside my room. Staff at the spa were very lovely and highly recommend their services.

Stayed at Snow Inn. Lovely chalet, perfect for any ski trip. Everything thing you need was here AND more! Drying rooms, saunas, heated floors and a private shuttle to Perishers Tube.

Staying the week and the apartment has been excellent, great resort with beautiful scenery. Everything we needed has been provided bt the room.

This resort has got stunning lakeside as well as Mountain capped with snow views! They have amenities including: gym, pool, trampolines, archery areas, boat hire and kids playroom. The chalet we got was fully furnished, which was perfect! The only downside was my son found wasps on the floor besides the dinning table. And later on my daughter found a hive under it! I hope they check their furnitures for these pests. Lucky none of us or our guests were allergic to wasps. My hubby and I are planning to visit again during spring or summer.

Resort is over lake. Ducks love having a feed. My son even caught a trout from the balcony.
