Good place to stay when requiring good accommodation for work.

Booked 9 rooms months ago only to be told that we have no record of our booking! Absolute incompetence and highly unprofessional. Hungup when complaining and asking for an excuse. Story kept changing. Avoid this place as they obviously bump you for a bigger booking when it comes in.

My daughter stayed there, not classy but comfortable.

Great family room with 2 rooms, spa bath and lounge area. Very comfortable.

Wheelchair accessible room for my client with Cerebral Palsy, great service, very helpful and always available for assistance for changes when/if required.

Good decent lodge for over night sleep. Nothing more, nothing less.

Spa was not good… very old spa.

A nice motel located close to the Dapto mall and convenient to public transport. The staff are very friendly. The rooms are a decent size and have a fridge and microwave, along with air conditioning. There is a pool that can be used by guests.

You usually get what you pay for… but this place was exeptional. Highly recommended.

Nice to stay, room was nice enough and the food was good, the TV quality isn't amazing in our room, only 3 of foxtel channels were watchable out of the 7 and there's no free to air selection.

Good price but a bit old.

First thing we noticed when we entered the room was a big stain on the mirror on the wall. When you turn on the bathroom tap, there is a loud noise from the plumbing. Generally the place did not give the impression of being well-maintained. Even though the room was non-smoking, they put a table and chairs directly outside our room with an ash tray on it. At 4.30am, we awoke to find our room stank of cigarettes. There was a group of young women sitting on the table outside our room smoking and the smoke was coming in to our room. We asked them to stop and they went away, but it took ages for the stench of cigarettes to go away. Did not enjoy staying here, regret choosing them, won't be making the same mistake again.

Close the the highway, freeway, and a few shops and takeaway food outlets. The room decor was somewhat dated, but air-conditioned, heated, and we'll equipped.

I stayed at this place approx. 9 months ago, and believe me — this is not a place I would recommend to anyone. There was about 10 of us who stayed here and all our experiances were the same for each room, really poor. The problem started when we booked in, how rude is the manager's wife. We found a Cockroacke in our room that could have carried a person away on his back. It was huge. The ceiling was failing down due to water damage. One couple ordered the spa suite and the spa did not work. No refund, just another rude exchange by the manager's wife. The one thing that annoys me about these reviews is that the Owners/Managers can get on these sites and give themselves glowing reviews of their own establishments. Trust me, this is one place to avoid. Dirty, old, tied and expensive (considering the state of the property. It looks good in the photos, but reality is something else.

I stay for work when I am in town and have to say that this motel is awesome, the staff are lovely and the rooms are extremely clean, the restaurant is great the meals are huge and very delicious, great value for money.

I have stayed here alot over the last couple of years, not really because I want to, it's a matter of needing to stay in that area. But what is driving me crazy is the amount of managers this place goes through. I recently stayed, June 2010 and finally some really nice managers, great service, food and so friendly and welcoming then bang they to have left! You really have to question why, what I do know is I wont be back, I would rather travel a bit further and the price is way over the top anyway, $125 for a single room, I know I can stay at a modern place for far less anyway. It's just not worth it, the food is yuck again and the service is non existant.
