Was very convenient location for us for a gathering of friends. Room was very good and good value.

Best value Motel I have stayed at. Central to everthing.

Unfortunately towels//face washers etc were filthy very disappointing plus advertise licensed restaurant only to be told they no longer have a restaurant.

Great service & very clean & well appointed rooms.

The room stank and just felt dirty. Will not be staying there again.

Got here late night, most of the carpark lights do not work and the stairs lights turns off before you can reach for your keys not to mention the room was freezing and the aircon heating is limited. Lights in the room flickring none stop and the reading light does not work. There is no help to call after hours and you have to talk to an ATM machine. Over all not a great family place and definitely very expensive.

Spacious room. Quiet aircon. Walk to street easily for a feed.

Location is fine. No noise from the road. No service desk or contact after hours which means if something is broken it is not getting fixed… rooms are good size and cleanliness was ok. Would probably try somewhere else next time.

The rooms were of a generous size and the location was very convenient. Cabled internet was free however the data point in my room didn't work so I couldn't use it. 24 hour check in (self service after hours) is very convenient. Bed was comfy but the covers of the spare pillows hadn't been changed in a while. The showers have rain/monsoon shower heads which while lovely, may not be for everyone — particularly if you prefer a high pressure shower. Staff were great. Had a room on the back and didn't hear any highway noise.

Clean and we'll maintained. Location is a walk to main shopping strip and access to highway is direct making a great point to see this part of NSW. Would recommend to friends.

Firstly, there are other GREATLY, better hotels in Forbes, don't waste your time & money! Didn't charge the advertised $99 per night ($114 instead) dirty & unwelcoming rooms & staff! Who would NOT get off their LAZY TV watching arses to greet & welcome you respectfully! We had booked 6 months ago — 8 rooms for a relatives wedding, SURELY having more than 40 guests at one time you could open your restaurant or at least have a mini bar just for the weekend? & for the love of GOD, had the DAM room booked for the bride to be, getting married the next day? who ended up bunking in with her cousin instead as it was not booked! HORRIBLE — TERRIBLE — LOUSY SERVICE! spend your money with someone who appreciates it!

Overall, a good motel but is sadly let down by a poorly designed/tiled bathroom. It might be a good idea to pack some gumboots because after using the shower & due to poor slope to the drains, the whole floor gets covered in water & stays wet as it's a windowless room & also has an inadequate exhaust fan. I have only stayed here in the winter months so maybe in warmer weather the water would evaporate faster, but it is a big letdown when everything else is quite pleasant.

Tiny, moth-ridden, the bathroom door was so warped that the door can barely be shut — basic hand soap was not even supplied. Dimmer light was no fitted with a dimmable globe (so no mood lighting even if you COULD have a mood other than dire disgust on the hard bed). Very unimpressed. Not to mention their "breakfasts" are hideously overpriced. An added note after sleeping there, shower has lime scale on it and does not operate properly. Would not stay here again. Ever.

All the facilities you need, very well maintained. Private bathroom and balcony. Queen bed, couch, flat Screen TV with Foxtel, free broadband, aircon, 2 person dining, bar fridge, Iron and board, Dimming lights, water views, phone and clothes holder. AFFORDABLE we paid $130 for the night.
