Rooms are clean and tify, well presented and the staff are lovely. Was nice to be able to have our 2 fur babies with us. So awesome that they cater for family pets as well as their owners. Definitely reccomend staying at Ballina Homestead Motel.

Ballina Homestead Motel was convenient, very clean and the staff exceptionally helpful. We stayed in as pet friendly room with our fur child and it provided everything we needed. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay in Ballina and is just up the road from the exceptionally friendly and good value Balina Bowls Club. We will be booking to come back in about 6weeks on our way to Coffs. Thank you.

Lovely friendly service clean tidy well presented room. We stayed in a motel style room very quite and close to everything. Highly recommend.

I was a photographer/guest at a wedding there their first one in many many years. Beautiful venue for a small intimate gathering (I would suggest no more then 30 ish) very pretty set up for the wedding and back garden area for ceremony. It rained and they had no protection for the tables near the edge of the roof the only downside, The food was amazing and the staff were to!

A great night. The bed was very comfortable. Reception staff were very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend. Close to all shops and beaches!

Great motel friendly and clean. Walking distance to the Ballina bowls club which the motel has a social members card for you to use for discount on your meals and drinks.

Between Ballina airport and town. A short walk to the local club for a feed. Not too far to walk in to town either. Rooms were clean and well presented. The on site café served up some great breakfasts and coffee for the several days we were there.

Quiet location near the hospital clean and comfortable good free Wi-Fi access would stay there again.

Really great place. Easy to get to, nice and clean, comfortable bed, informative host AND you can take your dog! Highly recommend a stay. They are going through and updating the rooms at the moment. The room we had was tired and needs an update and then this place will be 5 stars for sure. You can even take your fur baby to the outside seating area of the coffee shop!

A lovely motel since it was redone. The bedding is comfortable! A coffee is attached to the motel and it is definitely worth a visit! The breakfast is really great The staff are very friendly. I will go back to 2ans when I return to Ballina!

Sadly the room l booked and conformed before arrival was given to another guest, with no apology or offer of discount. Room was clean and well appointed. Bathroom was tired with lifting tiles and broken towel rack with exposed metal pieces. Not the best experience l have had there as l have stayed on 3 previous occasions.

Clean, friendly and convenient to dining and supermarkets! Cafe on site opens at 7:30am, we haven't tried it yet though!

Comfortable rooms, cafe on premises reasonably priced. Close proximity to Shopping Centre, service Station, clubs and Hospital. Owners are very helpful and rooms are currently being renovated.

Excellent accommodation, clean unit, lovely hosts, but the best is the breakfasts on site at *The Proper Cafe*, absolutely delicious, well done all. Worth a drive from Brisbane just for breakfast!

Clean and tidy room. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast in the café is great. And the owner happened to live in the same building with me in Sandwich years ago. Small world!

Notable firstly for over and above service. We received an upgrade and discount after booking an hour beforehand. Very relaxed, quiet atmosphere whilst being close to cbd. Courtyard and pool accessible straight out of room. Clean and well cared for at a decent price.

Friendly & helpful staff, really comfortable beds and nice and clean. Couldn't ask for more for the price you pay. Will be back.

Great motel — closed to the airport and within walking distance to the city center. Hosts were very helpful and picked us up from the airport and back. Very clean rooms and fully working A/C. Will be back!
