➜ The company was owned by 9 people from June 9 to June 12, 2019. The impression was spoiled on the last night, when the lights were turned off, and therefore there was no water, so the pump did not work. There is no spare generator in the hotel. God forbid a fire in such a situation and no one to get out, so many rooms are located on the floor, where you have to go down a blank dark stairs. We were packing in the dark. The concierge was rude and said he was just a watchman. Didn't do anything to help. Not even brought basic drinking water. We were left without a paid breakfast, we were not offered compensation. And the rooms during the stay cleaned negligently, towels did not change, and from 11 to 12 did not come. Coffee for breakfast is offered soluble, so information with a booking about delicious coffee — fiction! We liked everything else in Armenia, apparently this hotel is an unpleasant exception.
