The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The room overlooks the bay, also has hot water option in an electric kettle for cooked mate. It has a minibar, ozonator, TV and heating. The Wi-Fi works very well. The bed is very comfortable and the room is neat and clean. The hotel offers breakfast included and has a restaurant on the ground floor with lots of healthy choices. The truth, Ideal!

Very nice stay, we are a family with two children of 10 years. The rooms are srpArados with TV in both rooms.

The location Regular breakfast! The room was very nice and the breakfast was very good. The terrible elevator, we are four ladies we had to deal with stairs with suitcases! No staff! The dining room is shared with the public entering from the street, there is no vigilance! A disaster!

This place is AWFUL! There's no water pressure, it's noisy, the walls are paper thin, they ration the toilet paper, the elevator is unsafe, and there's a crazy lady that calls herself a marketing director who goes around waking up guests to remind them of the no smoking policy (she may be prostitute checking out the guests, not sure…) ; we don't smoke but, we do like to sleep sometimes. We forfeited the last 2 days of our room charge to go stay at a safe hotel; it was worth it just to get a hot shower and some sleep.

Excellent care, has a healthy bar with options for vegetarians and vegans. Also Conference Room. Located in the center of Ushuaia makes it easy to move to any Point of interest within the town.

Good location but the walls are paper-and listen to everything. I asked if I could check out at 11 instead of 10: 30 and the answer was: don't agree because you have to charge 1300 pesos. I told the receptionist that, in general, made a courtesy and said to me: is this all busy. If I paid what desocupaba or lied to me in the face? To half of the stay we went to another hotel.

The location very good but the service is not of good quality. The breakfast does not have variety although it is a buffet. If you get noisy neighbors it listens to everything. Relation price-service is regular to poor.

The location is the best you have, then everything else is scarce: the toilet paper, it is a struggle to replenish it, the shampoo and the cream rinse out by drops of a gadget. Tip: buy toilet paper and shampoo and cream rinse outside, inside it is impossible for you to give. Heating the cut off time and you congelás, if you want to complain just young guys and no one responsible. Again, the location is excellent, the care is very poor. The same maids tell you that by them you would toilet paper, but that does not allow them to. The synthesis is a shortage of things and people responsible.

A disaster. With the forgiveness of the hotels accommodation, crap. Without asking too much, simply cleaning, silence when you go to the room, and someone who at least ask you if you want to carry you luggage.
