Excellent. Beautiful view. Very good SPA with swimming pool in/out heated. The trails around the hotel are very nice to take a walk. Correct service, although some of the staff are scholars clearly with little hotel training. Good for romantic visit, anniversary, etc. Algunls details made me hesitate between 4 and 5 stars, particularly in the attention. I recommend it. Attention: It is not near the center and to get to the route there is a path that is not in perfect condition. To keep in mind if you prefer to be in the city.

The most wonderful music, Chango Spasiuk, in the most wonderful place, the staff of the hotel is the best thing that has Arakur, in the bar, Jony, Alejandro and Leticia, made of our stay, a great moment of pleasure.

I met this place going to witness a concert by the Bandoneonist Rodolfo Mederos:) Beautiful hotel and beautiful view of the city in the evenings. Spacious and comfortable rooms. When there are big events the parking lot is very small and lacks lighting on the outside.

We were not staying at the hotel but if we toured the admission, the Loby and the cafeteria thanks to the amabilidisima attention of the staff. It is very large, modern style, very cozy and with huge windows overlooking the channel of the Beagle. It is a little far from the center, on the top of a hill (with access by National Route 3)

We went to have tea. Super reasonable prices for what is Ushuaia and all of good quality. Extraordinary views of the Beagle channel, the Bay and the city. The access road without precise directions and in mediocre state for as it should be, being the hotel it is.

An unforgettable place, worth every penny, the infrastructure is amazing and the service excellent.

What a truly unique and wonderful location. Arakur is set high up on the hill overlooking Ushuaia. It takes a little bit of time to get to, and it is not convenient to walk into town, but nonetheless I would definitely stay here again on my return to Ushuaia. The hotel itself is set in a beautiful nature reserve with short, easy hikes to see beautiful views of the Beagle Channel as well as wildlife (wild horses). The pool facilities are phenomenal — the outdoor infinity pool is as hot as a hot tub and we lounged for hours in them overlooking the Beagle. Our room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the sunrise over the Beagle Channel. We enjoyed dinner one night at the onsite restaurant which included delicious local seafood dishes. The service was slow but I think that was just our young, inexperienced waitress who was more interested in flirting with the kitchen staff because our friends who had several dinners separately from us had excellent, prompt service.

Absolutely gorgeous and luxurious hotel. They have every amenity you could want. Easy shuttle into town. The staff speak collectively about 20 languages and are very friendly and professional. The hotel itself blends into the landscape while being a beautiful piece of architecture. The view from the whole hotel is breathtaking. I cannot recommend enough.

Beautiful hotel! The staff is very helpful and inviting. Amazing views. Our room was very spacious, clean, and appointed very nicely with great views. Some hiking trails nearby and a shuttle bus back and forth between the hotel and town. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

A hotel very luxurious, quiet, has the best view of the city of ushuaia, if you're not hosted, you can go equal to comocerlo and even to take a drink, beautiful location.

Beautiful views all over Ushuaia. Although the hotel doesn't look perfect on the outside it is perfect from the moment you step in til the moment you leave.

One of the best hotels in the world. Amazing views from your suite and amazing heated outdoor pool views too. Just be aware the weather in Ushuaia can change from being sunny to a full on snow storm that can cover the area in hours. Bring decent walking boots because mud gets everywhere including the hotel road which is unpaved.

Stayed her for two nights, it was the best decision of the entire trip! I highly suggest eating at the restaurant for dinner, they have an amazing selection of wine and the staff is amazing! Our room was great and the pool and spa was a one of a kind experience. I would love to come back and stay here again. This is truly the BEST hotel/resort I have ever stayed in. Oh and the Shower was AMAZING.

The best hotel in Patagonia? If it is not, paste on the stick… unmissable view of the entire city of Ushuaia and from the comfort of a swimming pool with a waterfall without end. Do not pass by this place even if it is to take a cafe, it is a sin.

The best hotel at Ushuaia and probably of the whole Patagonia. If you're not already staying at the hotel you must at least take the time to visit it and have lunch / dinner with the panoramic views and take a walk through their natural reserve.
