I would have loved to know that place, but they misbehaved very badly with their employees during the pandemic. That is why they do not deserve my visit and I do not recommend them either. I don't support bad work treatment at all.

The hotel's recreation activities are very fun: functional classes, games around the pool, aquagim, train rides around the city, dance classes: salsa and Latin. Thania was in charge of the recreation. Excellent todoooo!

It'S a bit old, very well the food and the attention of its staff, in the spa there is no silence and it is very small for the number of guests staying, you can not use it or in half, the big pool is not completely closed and it is cold, it is remarkable all its staff in case excellent attention, is advisable.

Bad food, no choice. Easter and no fish. The entrance buffet always the same. It cut the light more than 5 times in a long weekend and did not put the generator…, no lift, no air… Chaos… The best the guys of outstanding animation and the SPA.

Very good attention. Good menu for the 4 meals they offer and very comfortable the suite room that we touched. The Wi-Fi… It does not work as one would like but if you are going to rest the connection is the least because you have indoor pool, spa and ample space to rest and relax.

It is a 3 star hotel, has good attention and is well located. The average poor breakfast and the music they put is depressing.

Hotel with good facilities but poor attention. We serve all as if you were doing a favor to when one over-pays a fee of all inclusive you don't get to be pension full. Do not change linen or towels. Big shame care and treatment of the bar service and maids.

Great place! We stayed a week with my grandchildren and had a great time! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and varied. A place full of activities. If I have the chance, I'd come back without hesitation.
