It's a bed and breakfast set up. It's clean but not properly set up. Kitchen misses many essential utensils. Breakfast is included but you only get one piece of bread with one little ramekin (5g) of butter and one ramekin of jelly with your coffee or tea — pretty scant. You also spend a lot of time figuring things out, from just entering the house after a walk when you find the door locked, to using kitchen or operating the shower. No thorough walk — through provided on arrival, that's why. Owner is friendly, though.
