➜ I am staying at this hotel, booked well in advance and on the day of the trip call to confirm the reservation and tells me that I am noted but that there is no reservation made. I arrive at the hotel and the rooms are completely inferior to what they show and do not come close to the high price they charge, besides give me a room of 4 beds when requesting double room. At night the hotel runs out of light, there are no emergency lights or hotel staff present to solve the problem, the answer was "in the early morning there is no one, for that they have key to the front of the hotel". The next day they change our room and give us one with the bathroom completely covered and no one takes over, the answer is "the people who were before did not complain about anything and everything worked for them".
The owner of the hotel does not want to present himself and leaves his employees without giving us a solution, offering to pay for the night we spent and leave the hotel, leaving us on the street because there are all the complete reservations in the city. And if we stay one more night, because if we didn't, we'd be on the street, we have to do it in the conditions in which the room is.
never come to this "hotel", nothing is what they show. Do not ruin your precious days of holidays in this problemandandplace.
