➜ DIRTY! DIRTY! DIRTY! Total lack of maintenance in TOOOOODO the building in general. Nauseating smell of cockroach excrement from the reception to the dining room, said reception untidy, the floor WITHOUT cleaning, but with large posters informing the charge of hot water for the thermos ($ 50) and in case the towels had makeup stains or others they also charge you a surcharge ranging between 250 and $ 500. We stayed, at most 2 hours and left the place, looking for another accommodation that meets the minimum hygiene conditions to be able to spend a pleasant holiday.
The rooms are damp, carpets in poor condition. The bathroom also with moisture stains and ANTS walking through the sink. Parking (with separate charge), a pigsty with high risk for vehicles. In due course, the corresponding complaint will be made to the Secretariat of the Municipality for the sake of future visitors.
➜ We had with my wife a beautiful stay, a very warm and family atmosphere. Its owners were very friendly and helpful, the room very comfortable, with beautiful lake view. We hope to return.
