It's a common hotel. The Wi-Fi is sometimes cut or overloaded by users. It has a billiards, table tennis and table football payments. The rooms are good but don't have much space.

Very little space, we were placed in a room for 2 people being 4. Ventilation is very bad, there is only one window, neither fan nor air conditioning. The food is pretty bad, and it's really always the same. Variety every 2 days.

I was last year. The bad thing is the food sucks and the room never changed the sheets in 8 days and the maid took the card to enter my room and I never returned it x luck I had another and I used the climb to ke the light will work. The bar was never open and the computers never worked.

Good attention, very clean rooms, but the food leaves enough to be desired, at a dinner of baked meat the potatoes were raw, they never changed my plate.

Very good hotel in Bariloche 2 blocks from the Civic Center, with incredible views. Breakfast and dinner plentiful. The staff were very helpful. There would be no connection in the rooms. Highly recommended.

Very nice hotel. But there is a waiter who if you do not tip takes to bring the dessert and makes you waste time. And what you do not notice is that the hotel "shares" pool with the hotel Monte Claro but to use it you have to pay $200

I think q too give 1 star, bad cleaning, daily forgot something, either the towels, the porta toilet paper (the role left him on the backpack), etc. Staff not to mention, the Concierge seems q by the way you answer very mal how to q don't ask it anything, apart q have no idea of anything, not even the dinner hours. I was in march of 2013, about 6 days, the truth that the room was spacious, clean, bed comfortable, TV 32 lcd. The bad thing was the shower because you hit the curtain to the body. The breakfast was varied and the meals were acceptable. To be a hotel 2 stars the truth that it is very good! It could be 3. I've been to 2 star hotels much worse.

We were from the 20th of january. The breakfast is very basic, I would say poor. The dinner left a lot to be desired for the quantity and the quality. The most annoying and uncomfortable it was to queue up to enter the living room (giving number). That week was very hot, we suffer because there is no refrigeration, or ceiling fans. In the dining room, put a small fan table (light table). Actually we did not like it. (ah! the bar that supposedly had to be open, it opened up to 19 hs. Therefore we didn't have hot water for the thermos).

They responded that they do not have, because they were in season students. I stay at this in eiflen 340 in October 2010, and had a contingent of students, and common tourists, and all in peace.
