Very nice hotel. Very comfortable. Many services. Living room with a beautiful view. The same way to enjoy the Chalten you can stop in a more modest place perfectly.

The best away from all the South I was in Room 15 a luxury. And the staff make you feel at home very friendly and attentive.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice atmosphere, service and rich food in the restorant of the hotel. We booked a triple which we found to be a little small.

It's pretty good, the rooms like the spa could be improved. Breakfast is very full and quality. Very good option for El Chalten. That if they could asphalt the street of the hotel that flies an amount of dust…

It is definitely a nice hotel. It is in the center of town, but in a high position and with a nice view. Nice room with a lovely window and great breakfast. The price is very high and at the time of payment there was a bad surprise, the price of booking with booking did not include the VAT of 21% was the first time I happened and made me very angry, is not correct by booking do this thing, should be well highlighted in the price exposed.

El Chaltén is a wonderful place to go! The rooms of this hotel have an amazing view because of the big window, so you can see all the landscape from your room. Very clean and big rooms. If you want, you can just stay at the hotel and enjoy it and have a relaxing day.

Internet very bad attention in bad reception, bad breakfast there is no relation price quality. The view fabulous the spa the best of the hotel and the bed very comfortable and great. The treatment of the restaurant staff excellent but for a hotel that is worth almost three thousand the night is not worth it.

Decent location. On top of a hill. So beware if you're trying to walk here. No elevators but they will help you with your luggage. Even the most standard room has some type of view. Strange smells in the room and bathroom.

At more than $160/night (without taxes) one would expect well above average service. This however was not the case… Let's start with the good — The hotel is on a higher ground and there is a good view of the city and the mountain all around. Rooms are clean and beds are big. Most of the staff is really polite Now the bad — The high hotel position means you have a to walk about a 100m uphill every time you get to your room. The uphill walk is on a dusty path made out of rocks and dirt — with cars passing on it and sending said dust in your face. Also the winds are way more severe at this higher position so if you're a light sleeper you may have an issue with constant wind banging at your windows. There is no ventilation at the toilet and it smells bad. Breakfast is standard (bread, ham, cheese, fruits, eggs). Interestingly enough as per their policies you are limited to only one egg per breakfast. There is a sign at every table that notifies you of this fact so you don't think about getting more. Spa is mediocre — it consists of two whirpools for two persons and two saunas. The saunas did not work when we were there and there was a sign not to switch them on. They were also unable to accomodate a request to modify the booking checkout date even though we asked 3 days in advance. They refered to their strict policy fine print which is more suited to a cheap hostel rather than the botique hotel they represent themselves as.

Excellent hotel with spectacular views from the rooms. The staff on reception (Emilio, Juan, and both Eugenias) were very helpful from the first moment we arrived, especially at the time of making reservations for the excursions we wanted to do. There were a couple of complaints with respect to the service of the restaurant by the person who was travelling with me but they were immediately corrected by Darío, the manager of the same. Fully recommended. As a tip, if I am not mistaken the best views are from the rooms with odd number.
