The place is half far away and you are treated with a somewhat feigned ease. Otherwise it has everything that is needed in a Hostel. It is ok.

Good view, but the walk back is a challenge when coming back from the city center. Good staff, super friendly. It's very clean and the common area is comfortable.

The hostel is good and has good facilitiws as well. That means enough showers and toilets. It is a little bit outside of town (15min walk) The staff is helpful and can book the buses or tours for you. They will give you a voucher that you have to exchange for a ticket. The breakfast is tasty and rich.

Lovely hostel. 5 mins to bus station and main st and 5 mins from a huge supermarket. Nice atmosphere and staff, clean. My only complaint would be that there are no ladders on the bunk beds so you need to be a bit athletic to get to the top bunk.

Lovely, lovely, lovely hostel. Great ambiance, wonderful views, friendly atmosphere. Clean, comfortable, everyone was friendly, welcoming and offered great advice. The music was great too! Will definitely return!

About 5-10 minutes from good shopping, bus station and the main street.
— The bunk bed is very small and has neither a ladder nor a protection against falling down — The shower could be cleaner. The shower head is missing and the carpet or curtain stinks — Wi-Fi is very slow and often needs to be restarted (seems to be a general problem in El Calafate) — With the sinks, there is nothing to dry.

One of the best hostels I've ever stayed at! It's super cozy, comfortable and the staff make you feel welcome and at home right away! The rooms and bathrooms are super well-kept, clean and comfortable and the kitchen was a joy to use.

A little pricey and a little way out of town, but generally very nice — lovely vibrant atmosphere full of what is a fully backpacker crowd. Be prepared for a longish and hot walk from the station if you don't want to splash out on a taxi.

Really nice hostal with great private rooms.

I'm a frequent traveler, and this youth hostel is by far the best one I have ever seen. Highly recommended!
