Very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There is no lighting the way before arriving, in the rooms you hear the noises, there are no blankets or hair dryers. The continental breakfast is abundant and good and the American only scrambled eggs there, the attention is very good that's why I give ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

The Hotel has a very particular location. With the best views of Lake Argentina… The sunrise from the dining room is priceless. The counter is away from the center of Calafate, although it has an hourly shuttle service. The Wi-Fi is pretty bad, but that happens a lot of places in Patagonia. Breakfast is pretty full. Definitely highly recommended!

Good views of Lago argentino.

These include: 1) Bugs/insects and an inappropriate response to them — I found approximately small 15 bugs (crawling with wings) on January 25th (Evening 3). These were crawling in the sink, over my toiletries and on the floor — The hotel’s response was to move me to the next room. This had an adjoining bathroom and door (with gaps between the door and the carpet/floor) — When I complained, the hotel was very dismissive, suggesting bugs are not uncommon at this hotel 2) Threatening/rude staff — The key incident occurred on January 26th (Morning 3) – an older, large, stocky male Concierge stood over me and attempted to physically and verbally intimidate me (I am a slim female) — A tour pick-up driver arrived early (at 6.35-6.40 am instead of the 6.45am time advised) — Breakfast at the hotel is only available from 6.30 exactly — The Concierge came to the table and physically stood over me and my meal, shouting loudly that I needed to stop eating and leave. He raised his hand repeatedly over my plate. He refused to let me take even the remainder of my food already on my plate with me. — Of note, another male being picked up for the same tour was still gathering his things from his room. The driver was also understanding. Edenia’s Concierge was the problem.

Excellent service, the staff is very friendly, the views are wonderful, very well the spacious rooms, good restaurant, the Q intones is the Sra manager, unkind x least in what I respect Q I leave a lot Q want your attention, the rest excellent.

This place was excellent. Staff was wonderful the rooms were clean, very large and comfortable. Breakfast was good. The view is worth being outside of downtown. There is a shuttle to the town center every hour almost all day so you have the best of both worlds. Being in a remote artwork a beautiful view and having access to everything downtown.

Hotel overlooking the beautiful lake. After a long day sightseeing it was really good to wind down with sauna and Scottish shower and to relax on comfy room.

Excellent hotel with a wonderful view of the Lago Argentino, I want to highlight the impeccable attention of employees! Welcome Juan and Ana, Rodri and Cristian in dining room, Erminia in service rooms and transfers that take you to the Center with Pancho and Carlos thanks to everyone for making my stay in Paradise is perfect.

Average for what it is… Nothing that memorable. Con is that it's outside of the town and requires taking an hourly shuttle. Breakfast was totally meh.

The rooms were small, it was far away from everything, there wasn't any air conditioning in the Summer, and the staff was rude to my family. I purposely left a key in my room multiple times so the electricity would work so I could charge my computer and multiple times the staff took it out. My sister was late to breakfast on christmas day by 3 minutes because she was facetiming with my grandma. When she asked for a bowl of cereal at 10:03am the staff told her no. Then they also refused a late checkout when we were seemingly the only guest at the hotel. Find a different hotel.

Excellent care, this is far from downtown but has free transfers every hour.

We would have given it 7 stars if we could. The best hotel we ever stayed in, with amazing attention from the staff, every issue was quickly and efficiently taken care of. We had a great time, felt like being spoiled the whole time! Highly recommended.
