All very good excellent service and very good service.

Breakfast is lousy, mediocre and disappointing. In internet/Facebook photos they show you a complete buffet table, with quite complete cakes and sweet things. When you arrive they tell you that they have removed the Buffet due to Protocol (understandable) themes and you have to choose on a piece of paper what you are going to have for breakfast, but instead of incorporating the same things from the internet photos, they decreased 80 percent of all that sweet table and now they barely give you cookies /breads and at most a cereal with yogurt. Very sad. Zero variety. It's like having breakfast every day the same thing (I stopped having breakfast from how packed I was). Another thing is that the Spa is not enabled, the room is empty, which is a less service. The pool can be 1 hour (you have to ask for a shift) which also remove hours of service.
The complaint is that hours, services and food decrease, but do not lower the price. In pictures you see nice things but you arrive and they tell you all this (but eye, you pay the same price)
Dinner also quite mediocre, the "bar" only has 3 drinks to choose from.
I give it 2 stars, I hope they improve the service or else lower the price. They reduced a number of services, which one loses hours of enjoyment.

Loved the hotel, simple very cozy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very spacious and with everything you need. The pool, ideal for after excursions.

Very nice place! Too bad the manager! You would have to dedicate yourself to something else! Zero tolerance with guests! Menopausica and came to touch my arm from behind without me seeing her so I gave him the keys to the room! 10.03 minutes! It was to hit him! Bitter old lady! When I was on the 1 day waiting 45 minutes the gnocchi and the 2, 50 minutes the pizza! So it's not about, it has no tolerance for anything! One on vacation! Total envious.

It is a great place, very careful and with very friendly attention from all its staff. The rooms are very comfortable, it is the place to rest with the family.

Internal building Okay. You hear conversations from any room, that very bad detail. All prohibited, do not allow to carry anything, and the restaurant will have from 20:00 HS to 23:00 HS. You have to go out and buy something to eat and take to the center.

Nice hotel, good price. Could improve the maintenance of the sink as it was quite dirty. Breakfast is fine, could improve. We stayed for Easter and they gave us some chocolate eggs, it was a nice touch.

The negative is the "restaurant", they do not provide lunch service… The restaurant is concession… So you only have to eat at the hotel only there… Not bad… If I had variety… Or rather if I had something… Who attends at night has no notion of service… Leave the dishes on the table and serve desserts and cafeteria where there is room.
Expensive prices for the quality they offer.

Really beautiful we loved everyone very comforting feels peace and you can rest, the pool my kids enjoyed it so much! 'Looking forward to coming back! And very rich dinner especially trout!

The place is very nice and comfortable. Clean, clean, well decorated. The staff, little flexibility to leave according to the tourist (timetables, rules, both at reception and the restaurant staff who even to make a sandwich service need 24 hours in advance)

Simple. With a very good view. In the rooms is lacking the Frigo bar. The pool is nice but it does need maintenance to the space. There is a lot of smell due to lack of ventilation.

The heated pool has a strange smell, like a bath. It seems to be rented so right when we were there was an aqua gym class of people who were not staying at the hotel.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean, the breakfast very good, the food is very rich and abundant the attention is excellent, it is 6 blocks from the center. The truth would come back are doubting we had a beautiful days!

Excellent cuisine. Recommendations: Rustic steak and gnocchi with lamb stew.

One side — splendid view of lake Argentina, other side — feeling of a rural community with asphalt streets…
