The Restingas seemed to us the best of Piramides, we slept in a king bed, warm, very good service, impeccable and full breakfast. Super comfortable we were, we do not see the time to return, Piramides has all the Peace of Patagonia.

A spectacular breakfast and the view from the rooms facing the sea, is rewarding.

Has a unique view! The only Hotel with Spa. Excellent attention and service. It has exclusive lounge chairs and parasols for passengers on the beach.

In January of this year (2018) I went to vacation for 3rd time consecutive to the Hotel with my husband, we were treated very badly, especially (the women of reception who are now and the partner "supposedly" a man with difficulty walking to not be so precise) but I want to do V Er how bad we spent there while it would have to be everything backwards, as we are going to enjoy a place that we like so much.
We were treated as idiots, they challenged us as children of 5 years, we were a day without light, in the two days of lodging we did not have WI FI. In the room that touched us there was a lot of smell of food, in the breakfast room or diner were painting the hotel in the middle of the season, the enchastre of the painting, the canvas and the smell of painting was horrendous. They did not clean the room well because they left papers lying in the room, the deodorant atomizer of the bath did not walk, the hot water of the shower afternoon of clock half an hour in heating, when we checked in there were no towels in the room but the worst of all It was the verbal abuse we received from two of the receptionist a blonde with tufts of colors, tall and one of low stature, young brown hair (new both, and both were in January 2018) and by a man of big contestura and problem S walking (claims to be the partner)! This is so they know if they hire this Hotel in order to enjoy a nice holiday, know that I was on the verge of crying instead… to laugh.

The hotel is wonderful, I visit it last year but this year the prices seemed excessive. They charge a full fee for doing a late check out, which I think is an abuse. In if the attention is wonderful, and the rooms spacious.

The place is very nice and close to the sea and looks clean 5/5 the attention is not bad, but it gives a little to want 3/5 prices are somewhat expensive, but you have to keep in mind that this to sea line and is what it touches to pay 4/5 what that if I do not think anything good is that you can not pay with card, taking into account that is the most practical for tourists and the cashier of Puerto Piramides fails more than a shotgun fair… 1/5 13/20 so they stay with 3 stars.

I suggest that before taking a reservation advise that the SPA service is not included, that the pool is not in use, and have problems with the water supply. The rest is fine.

It is clean and the service is very good. The Wi-Fi does not grab from the room.

The food seemed old and overheated. No flavor or quality. You are covered but you serve in dishes old with them edges broken

Good hotel, excellent view, modern and well staffed. The best option in pyramids.

The good: the location and the view from the rooms is simply brilliant (especially those that have balconies). The jacuzzi is very good. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is very good.
The bad: somewhat high prices taking into account the general service and the State of facilities (even the bar & restaurant).

Right on the beach! Small gym and small swimming pool! Sea view rooms are the best and allow you to spot whales while standing in the room during certain months (but not in October). Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast.

An excellent place to work with an amazing human group. I take thousands of beautiful memories. I don't say goodbye, I say thank you because I'm leaving a much better person than the day I arrive.
