The quality of care on the part of the receptionists is poor. The place is cute but is not what they sell. The place says it is 3 star hotel when in fact it is certified as 2-star.

Very good hotel except for some details. Good customer service, good view of the rooms and dining room and also with descent to the lake. Good breakfast. There is no air in the rooms and lift to raise the suitcases. We dropped the shower curtain but they knew how to fix it quickly.

The hotel claims to be 3 stars, but the services were far from that classification and in fact by the province of Neuquéne is qualified 2 stars. There is no telephone in the room, no room service, no minibar, no restaurant. The façade is peeled; There are parts under construction that seem abandoned.
