Hotel with little maintenance, it was dirty, we arrived on a Friday and we left on a Monday and we never did the room service, in the dining room were hanging the sheets and towels, a desprolijidad! I had to go down to ask for toilet paper and new towels, a mess! And we were charged as if they were 5 stars! Disaster I don't recommend it at all!

Good value and comfortable but just a crazy architectural dream.

A place with an external image very eye-catching, but with some deficiencies (e. G. Damage in the bathrooms and Emergency flashers not working) with the exception of the receptionist at night, the rest of the staff very gracious and attentive, the first night we spent 40 minutes on full cold, waiting with my baby because it is person is asleep. In terms of the manager Paula Cantero after many complaints never gave the face!

What a beautiful place, dream I visit it on a date that was snowed so it looked beautiful, completely temperate in addition to having a very familiar atmosphere, has a heated pool for adults and another for children, is far from the city but still Assisi and Can walk.

The windows in the room are exiting and they were open, the Wi-Fi tell you that it walks throughout the hotel and only walks in the reception. We liked that they have a kitchen for the guests, but the kitchen oven works only with a stove and the kitchen does not have enough utensils to cook, the refrigerators do not cool well. The entrance street is in very bad shape, we had view of a construction ahead full of masons, the door of the room gave the staircase and listened to all the people. And one of the young people at the front desk treated us lousy. The atmosphere of the castle is well thought out but it lacks maintenance. The only good thing was the pool (spectacular, heated and roofed) and the bed very comfortable. I wouldn't go back.

It is a place that at first glance is picturesque and invites you to stay. After two looks the picturesque vanishes and one would like something more cozy, less cold. But well, otherwise it's fine. I decided to go then to a place less to the hand, closer to the center of the village by the girls. At this moment they are building and that afea the landscape.

The kids love it, very good place, comfy beds, heated pool, and you can snack and have dinner at the hotel. Very helpful staff.

It's the coolest place I've ever stayed! (Seriously the best) First attention, heated pool, the Barbarian breakfast … And it's a castle POSTA! (with bathrooms and TV from the 21st century) Hahah is a must-see!

The habítación was not very clean (below the bed I found a stocking and there were hairs in the tub) and the restaurant was not highlighted by its neatness. Outside of that the staff very friendly and very nice the place.

A new place with a very nice atmosphere. Very well achieved the reconstruction of time at low cost. Too bad that the passengers are very filthy in how dirty common areas like the communal kitchen and their refrigerators.

It's atypical, well set. Too bad they allow you to make use of a kitchen in common, very complete, and people abuse: refrigerators full of filth and rest of food. Tables and cutlery dirty and/or poorly washed by users, (which is not the responsibility of the hotel to wash them) has a nice swimming pool and radiant crockery in all areas, there is free Wifi.
