We stayed 4 days without hot water, 8 days stay. We demand over and over again and no good solution.
breakfast is not as it appears in abundance in the photos. Little variety.
The garage is only for small vehicles, vans must park outside the hotel.
Cleanliness little. They wouldn't leave us the sets of towels in the rooms, we had to go down and request them at reception.

Arrive and my reservation didn't exist.
Bad times for this reason.
Bad cleaning, old and broken towels.
Fridge wasn't working. There is no Wi-Fi in the apartments.
The bad breakfast, almost everything served was from the previous day
Deplorable pots and crockery.
The price or value per night very expensive for so little and bad.

The air conditioners do not work, the apartment 6 q we had was full of cockroaches, at 8 in the morning there was nothing to have breakfast being q breakfast is from 7 to 10, the broken furniture the old refrigerator, the bedroom carpet with a horrible smell. The attention of the manager to my complaints is rude and disrespectful.

Very good location, very good attention, clean and spacious apartment, tranquility and peace two blocks from downtown.

Very bad, the breakfast very old, the balcony cancelled, lacked oxygen in the room, parking looks like a shoe box, the positive is the location and attention of Facu, because the girl was not attentive.

We were a few years ago and came back with great enthusiasm. Good location and good breakfast.
But there was a big downside they say a passenger from the room above ours had left open a water faucet and our room was flooded. We were offered to move to a room of less comfort than we had without offering any compensation or help for the transfer. We finally decided to stay in the original room but they did little to improve everything wet carpets above all. We sleep with the windows open to avoid the smell of moisture and help them to dry faster.
The very young employees had no tools for that situation. It is a pity that no superior has been made present to give a better answer.
We ordered a tub Plug and got a broken (the only one they had) the safe was not able to use it because another passenger had taken the key from it. There were also no items to light the kitchen.
It hurts because for those details would not choose or recommend.

Cleanliness is the motive of the star, it is the image of any place and while we were well catered for and the breakfast was very complete the rooms were not clean, the Wi-Fi did not work that is another reason against it. We had a refrigerator that did not close well and we were filled with water the floor one day. It is in good location near the center and terminal.

It's a nice place. The staff were very helpful. It lacks maintenance and some professionalism. The breakfast is very good.

Great place, big apartment, delicious food and friendly people! Very nearby of the city, excellent for walking. Also inexpensive!

I loved the apartment we had, the pool, the attention of the staff. The hotel is super Central. The only detail in the parking lot. The other super recommended!

The apart is built with good quality but very very deteriorated.
The arrangements (where there are) are patches.
The pool was very dirty.
Breakfast is poor quality.
The apartments are nice but deteriorated and with very little artificial light.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.
The good thing is that it is close to the terminal and the center.
You cannot pay with card it is expensive for what is offered.

It's nice the place completes the room. The staff a mess. We had reservation a week before and arrived we had no room. We were going for work or a bathroom at reception.

The place and location are prefects, it is comfortable and advisable. The only breakfast I did not like at all seemed like things that were left of other days some things were hard and it was not very varied they always gave the same everyday and little nutritious. The juice was over was not natural spin. That should improve and the Wi-Fi connection.
The attention was good.

Excellent care. All very friendly. The rooms are correct. This very well located, close to everything. We all slept very well. Would have to improve a little bit the Wi-Fi connection. Is unstable.

Excellent attention from the Reception desk. The apartamentps facing the street Uru are precious. Air-cond in all the dept. Impeccable. Hab super comfortable. Sink. Bar drinks. Very happy with everything.

I can't pay with credit card. They want only cash & if you want to change money they change at 80%. Don't forget to have cash. Enjoy!

Misleading advertising! Be careful, shows apart. And two, the hotel which is middling and apart all the luxuries. Expensive for what is throughout the hotel. Is if because we were Argentines treated us half bad, but hey, the question was not to be able to sleep.
