➜ A place to rest with family.
➜ The place is beautiful, so I put the stars. However, the attention of the staff is very bad, they will not let you do anything and when reclamás something they talk to you making you feel bad, like that one is the culprit. I also think that the employees do their job according to the owners directives, and they are all the time afraid if they say something out of place. We had asked for ice (ice! ) and they did not give us, in a place that is outside the central hull of the city, is a picardia. We ordered a tee (yes, a tea) and they responded very badly. The principal employee called FLAVIA treats his classmates very badly and makes us feel uncomfortable all the time, perhaps not her the problem, but rather his bosses. SABRINA instead took great care of us, we appreciate it. The excursions offered in that place are expensive, more than triple what comes out in reality. Conversing with other people, we have all had the same appreciation of the place, surely many will not have time to write their comments, but I thought it necessary, because it is a beautiful place, their rooms, the view, the silence, and it is a shame to see everything Ruined by the attention. I hope the owners can see this, and realize that so much investment can be ruined by their own directives.
