The truth for photos everything looked very nice place very good comfort and excellent attention, but when we arrived the truth we find another reality. When we arrived it was all very dirty, in the oven of our cabin there was a frying pan with oil from previous guests. We had to ask for cutlery because those who had not cut anything, there were no dishes or salad bowls. The air in the room did not work and you had to be careful when sitting on the chairs because they were slack.
Julia's attention, a woman who works there, left a lot to be desired.
I would like to highlight Elena's very good response to our claims and she was always aware that nothing was missing.
It's a shame to have to talk like that about a place you pay to be quiet and comfortable but we would have liked to know these things before staying there, I wouldn't recommend it at all.

The truth is that the place is beautiful, pity the treatment of one of the ladies at reception! It makes you feel very uncomfortable, I don't know the name but it is not the lady of lenses she is very sweet and attentive.
