I am at the moment in Pinares and everything is excellent and super recommended: the attention of the staff, the spacious and impeccable rooms, the pool with its spectacular view as well as the rooms. The restaurant Enfoque Cima is great, super abundant and very good dishes. Breakfast the same, to start the day with a lot of energy. The day we return to Carlos Paz we will definitely return to Pinares Panorama!

Excellent care, impeccable facility, cleaning unique, panoramic view heated swimming-pool with perfect temperature. Wide variety of dishes in estaurante with prices very accessible. Services to the room and to the pool. Sauna. 10 points is a little note.

Excellent in every detail, from the attention of all the staff, food, amenities, pools, workshops for children, etc… very comfortable Rooms. We return without hesitation.

The rooms are huge with very nice view, the staff outside of series a attention wonderful. The charge of the rooms I never saw a very special person. The only thing that is not located is the manager is missing a lot for that post.

The hotel is new, three levels of rooms, all very well decorated and well distributed. The beds super comfortable. Each room comes with a minibar (with charge) and pava electrica herbal teas to take at will. Good acclimatisation. The rooms facing the pool have not so good view. The the other wing, are larger, with hydro and a view of the movie (a sector premium, it is worth the difference of money). The restaurant cooks very well, good prices, with lots of well thought out, presented and very rich. The breakfast very complete. We had breakfast and dinner there almost every night and the staff is always well-disposed to make us comfortable (we went with a boy of 5 years and a baby girl). The area of the pool this board to the spa, with wetland, sauna and relax area. Here there is a place with fruit and herbal teas. The. Swimming pool is heated, the lower part covered with a tent, which helps to keep warm the atmosphere. Clean pool, with many lounge chairs and a bar. Very clean throughout the hotel. The staff throughout the hotel, very friendly and well predisposed to the traveler to feel comfortable.

Excellent view, attention and comfort. The chef is amazing! The pool and the bar are enjoyed all the time. Beautiful room. Ideal for a relaxing getaway.

The place was in spare parts. They still had no ramp to access the hotel and the parking garages are at a fairly lower level
The spa is very cute though small. Very comfortable rooms (with double queen bed) as well as the weather inside the hotel.

Excellent facilities. Large and comfortable rooms. Amazing view. Very nice to visit and relax a few days. The only thing wrong with it is L dining room. The food and the attention there are very bad. Unfortunate for such facilities.

Xq the attention is excellent and the. Club Kids for kids is great with lots of activities for the little ones to pass 10. And the big ones, too. 100 x 100 recommended!

The hotel is very nice with alternatives for fun of the little ones. The rooms very spacious and the design of the balcony considerably extended the spaces. The only questionable thing is the absence of elevators for admission and access to the floors of the rooms. You'll probably be thinking of some options to mitigate this inconvenience. Recommended!

Beautiful, modern hotel with great views of the lake. Rooms are spacious with an enormous balcony. Pool, Jacuzzi, gym, sauna and steam room. You can also use the system from Pinares Cerro, which is right next door.

Very nice place but not suitable for family by the access with baby cars and the space in the rooms is very little.

The hotel is very nice. The facilities are new, the pieces are quite spacious and from the cheapest they include 2 Queen size mattresses and a balcony with chairs. The pool is wide. The staff were very helpful. I give it 4 stars because I found the cuisine very limited. In my particular case I had to take care for several days for a liver ailment and there was a classic menu of chicken or steak with puree that anywhere you do, so I'm very much able to follow the diet recommended by the doctor. Everything else is 10.

The soundproofing of the rooms is very bad, you will hear all the neighbors dialogues on the left, right and up, as far as the SPA category leaves much to be desired, from 10 am to 20pm there is reggaeton and cumbia from the hotel's own bar. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
