I had the opportunity to go twice, one in summer and another in winter. I did circuit relax, it was what I needed and it really was excellent. Massages, body treatments, morning walks and exquisite meals. There is not a word to describe the inn, the scenery, the cordiality, it is unbelievable.

Beautiful experience in the Sierras of Cordoba to download a change a few kilos! So much I liked that after having been a week in November, we returned on December 24th to spend the holidays in the Qenti! Spectacular! We had a great fun!

It's a spa. Not a medical center. How to lose weight clinic is missing doctors. How to rest place you lack tasty and varied food. Groves to read or take Matt in the shade. And a little more refrigeration in the common areas.

Beautiful scenery, warm attention, delicious food (very natural and low in calories), smell of eucalyptus/calendula, heard the singing of the birds, what more can I ask for? I went for only 4 days and I loved it. It helped me to change some bad habits of food and physical activities. I always hated to do gymnastics but here I discovered that I can do an activity in a pleasant way. The medical staff is first rate. Thanks to all the people of La Posada… soon we will see!

You best place to take care of your health. I did a week to lose weight and lower nearly 4 kilos, enjoying a delicious, hearty home cooked meal… nothing frozen or snacks. It helps you to change habits, it is incredible. I had a personal trainer that to gymnastics with me every day. Sauna wet and dry, heated pool… also divine landscape, the mountains were seen from my room. I promise to return but this time just to relax! because I do not need get more kilos.
