Old carpets without vacuuming and fragrant. Hairs in the bathroom, walls with moisture balloons, parking garages. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is very good but I would not go back.

Expensive for what it really is, we stayed in a quadruple room, the LOUSY housekeeping, the dirty carpets, the bathroom with hairs, no hair dryer. It covers stained beds. Good breakfast. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Excellent location.

Bad attention… The garage according to availability… But they can hit you in the bedroom door. Being a hotel catered by its own owners leaves a lot to want attention. No flexibility of schedules, rooms and bathrooms very small, smell of humidity. Differential treatment for people who are staying through guilds as was my case in which the dinner was served 20:30 HS, we could not use the hotel's garage, but a half block that turned out dark, unsafe and uneaten by its location. Breakfast with little choice and I don't recommend hiring the half board for the dinner schedule and the food is bad. I would not go back and recommend this hotel. Have a lot to improve but little predesiposición to hear complaints and suggestions.

Is tiny and the parking lot is very small. 2) The employed of the evening is a specialist in abuse, many have complained! 3) feel ALL the noises and have gotten, from the housekeepers screaming at 7:30 pm, to talk to the concierge with the others in the morning. 4) In 5 days we NEVER changed the sheets. 5) at night there is no hot water for mate, or ice, or anything; the dining room is only for breakfast xq in no time you can consume anything except for a gas small and very expensive! 6) The most redeemable was the treatment of the landlady and her daughter they are two very loving people. Anyway we wave and try to pass it as best as possible… The best thing is its location!

The care was pretty good in general. The problem that we had is that there were many cockroaches in the room and throughout the hotel and we were not given a solution. I would not recommend it for that.

Good rooms. Good relation price-quality. Good breakfast. The garage is something girl and homeless.
