Super stay! Helpful concierge.

The concierge desk is one of the very best I've experienced and I have been very fortunate globally. Terrific service as well, just this morning I received an email with an attached file on my phone and as I wondered what it said and how/where I would print it, my wife hands me a large envelope. It turns out my travel agent SA Expeditions who did not book this hotel, but knew I had, got them to print this for me. Big relief.

Lovely hotel but need upgrading. Our shower & bath knob fell into pieces as I was using the facility. Also air conditioning comes on and off at night. Had to request twice for a kettle and only provide one teabag for 2 people. Staff not proficient in English and didn't understand my questions at breakfast. Ask for warm water and got a glass, took my yogurt drink when I just had a sip.

Luxurious warm atmosphere without being intended. A more than careful and attentive attention of their staff, Katherine, Carlos and Daniel among others and excellent cuisine.

This was one of the most pleasant and memorable hotel stays ever. From the moment we stepped inside, the entire staff made us feel welcome and special (even though we were dressed like bums). The check-in clerk Constanza gave us all her attention, offered us coffee while she was taking care of us, and kindly upgraded us to a suite, which turned out to be fantastic. Views on 3 sides of the hotel, large suite with livingroom and additional half bath, fruit, chocolates and wine bottle waiting for us in the room… We had access to the free "happy hour" in the lounge, with full bar and a nice buffet of snacks. The concierge Gustavo was extremely kind and provided excellent guidance to explore the city. He made several restaurant recommendations which were all excellent, and arranged a couple reservations for us. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff equally gracious and efficient. Everyone went above and beyond to provide personal attention and make our stay pleasurable. I very highly recommend this hotel.

Dinner with groupon main course dessert glass wine glass of sparkling water and coffee the unforgettable meal in presentation flavor, true gourmet food, pity the start we arrived 5 minutes before the opening and we were left waiting outside standing, attention except for the above excellent.

Great place! Always Sheraton Group. Newly built, elegant, excellent staff and best treatment ever. In Argentina they know how to work with hospitality and there’s an European finesse in the biggest hotels that is fascinating. It’s more expensive but worth every cent! Excellent breakfast and restaurants in the hotel. Just go for it and pamper yourself… you deserve it!

Mmmmm. Hygiene… no more. In the room they gave my family members there were certain little things. The coffee table was dirty with food residues between the edge of the glass and the table frame. There was a foot lamp "Descangallada" and with the dirty screen, it seems that it was chocolate, but it was blood and the bathroom had to be repaired in 2 opportunities, as it lost fluids below. Why, Luxury?

Centrally located to all the tourist spots. The hop on hop off bus service bus stop is just across the street. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Excellent stay, if I get the opportunity will come back again. 5!

It was one of the Embleaticos hotels in Buenos Aires for decades.
But you need a good remodeling has been old and somewhat neglected despite being a hub for many airlines (which accommodate their own staff) and have a huge convention center with Comcheras and several floors of varied rooms.
It has a swimming pool and a club-style spa. Afrmas Shopping Gallery and various restaurants… bars and Nightclub.

Disappointing for so-called "Luxury Collection". Rooms are dated. As was the breakfast buffet. When I asked for a coffee maker for the room someone brought a paper cup and some instant coffee. That's 'Butler service'?

It keeps its level. Well the room lacks details of. Good taste as having comb, etc missing. Room Service Well.

Luxury hotel with large and. Comfortable room. The view from the room was lovely, and the bed and pillows extremely comfortable. Also, the hotel has access to an outdoor swimming pool, a must in 35 degrees heat. The staff was professional and friendly. Had a great time!

Classic plush decor. Spacious, comfortable rooms. Friendly and accommodating service. Daily happy hour in the lobby is a treat. Decent location.

I had made my reservation in advance of 1 month on the 23rd floor, overlooking the river. 1 hour to arrive I called to confirm that everything is OK, which I affirm and once in the place is informed me that unfortunately those flats were occupied by the summit of Commerce and that only had availability on the 17th floor and with a view of the city. Obviously once there are not many options that one has already paid more than submit to the will of the company (the rooms are not equal, nor the services and much less the price).
I would not go back to attend because of this "inconvenience", which should be taken into account when booking. Maybe other hotels in the area if you respect the guidelines.
I also have to say that my experience at the hotel was very good, the facilities are in perfect condition and the staff is very friendly.

The concierge was helpful for all things including super classico tickets. The room was beautiful and comfortable. It was difficult for uber to find the location, but otherwise a great place to stay.

My wife and I have enjoyed our stay here very much. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is bountiful and delicious. The afternoon desserts are delightful. The fact that it is attached to the Sheraton is another nice feature. Our room is very comfortable with great views.

A wonderful experience from check-in to check-out. Such an elegantly designed hotel with luxury finishes and beautifully appointed rooms. A wonderful pool area with great poolside service and the breakfast service was impeccable! The only room for improvement is the checkout service! Having only one staff member handling check-out while another stood nearby doing nothing meant an unnecessary 5-10min wait! Otherwise, the hotel was faultless!

Overly old style and sanitaries… It does not hold to the standards of the Luxury collection hotels. The only great thing was the view from our room!

Kind service, rooms are big and some have a great view. On the downside, the style is sometimes overly classic to become kitsch, and the rooms start to be a bit run down. Considering the price, not really great value for money.

Went for city views, not great, their website shows much better than reality. Food was goid, portions small, wine double the price of most places.

This hotel leaves much to be desired. The lobby is not only fashioned in a gaudy baroque style, but also is constantly infused with the scent of perfume. It makes for a very strange environment. The restaurant has very slow service and serves up mediocre food, especially for the price. Interestingly, many of the menu items sold at the Sheraton's bar, which is conjoined to the Park Tower, are more expensive than their equivalents at the Four Seasons. The hotel is also placed at the corner of a very busy intersection that is quite a distance from any good restaurants, cafes, or bakeries. For these reasons, I recommend staying at the Sofitel, which is located on a clean and quiet street in a setting that looks and feels like an actual neighborhood. It even serves good food.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever been to it smelled so bad in my room I walked in on the first day and was like what the freak is that terrible stench. But that doesn't come close to the people that work here, they were so bad I had to wait in line at the desk for 30 min and I was the only person at the desk. But nothing compares to the awful food, I mean how can anyone eat such trash, trash in their lives it was like I was eating trash being served after it was already thrown away for 2 weeks and then I had to eat it again because the people are gay. But the pool was really nice… jk the pool was green af and smelled really bad and I fell in after all the ugly fat woman walked by me and I thought to myself why is there so many fat women it made me feel bad so I left and I will never come back.

One of the best luxury hotels in the city centre!

Visited buenos aires some time back for business. Loved the city and was amazed by the excellent service of park tower. Rooms were spacious, elegant, staff friendly and the breakfast in the morning to die for with its offering of different sorts of cheese, fresh bread, salmon and even caviar. A place I can clearly recommend.

For the price a great hotel in a perfect area.

Luxurious by others. Excellent location. The wolf is a marvel for snacking.

During my trip to Argentina was the best, all the concepts salons dependencies, menu, and room excellent, staff also.

My review is based on being a well-traveled person who has stayed at a large number of global mid-priced to luxury hotels. The Park Tower hotel is a dated hotel that feels like what was luxury in the 1980s. It needs a serious update. Their rooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, and well-appointed, but it is no where near what luxury 5-star is for a major city. Starwood should be ashamed to have this hotel in the Luxury Collection. They offer butler service, but it is never explained well upon check in or actually run like a true on-demand butler service. Some rooms are not as clean and kind of worn in a bit. Starwood preferred members get a decent free buffet breakfast and wine/dessert in the afternoon. This is quite nice and makes up for the lack of service throughout the hotel. Maid service is late often, not may staffers on-site to help, and concierge staff never seem eager to help. I was forced to stay at this hotel on multiple occasions. If you are looking for a true 5-star experience is a lovely part of the city, skip this place. It's in the financial area and unsafe if traveling by foot at night. It's an average business hotel living in the past of 1980s luxury.

Expensive. The Internet and power went out and they were dishonest about it, telling us it was out in the whole city. We left and went to the Plaza nearby.

If you chose it WGR, then it is good.
