I went for afternoon tea with my potatoes. The service is excellent, all the delicatessens are exquisite. What I liked the most was chocolate cookies. Highly recommended.

Great rooms let down by attention to detail by all staff except front desk and concierge. Bar staff totally indifferent to customers and spend more time in groups of two or more gossiping, took 30 minutes to be able to pay the bill. When things go wrong bar staff would all of a sudden not understand English.

Had the best stay at this hotel! The staff were professional, courteous and extremely helpful. The room was large, quiet, with a very comfortable bed. I had an early flight out and they offered to pack a small breakfast to go. Incredible! Will be back again!

Great location by the river. The twin is huge together with a big bathroom. Service was good although they delivered my laundry late. Breakfast is decent and quite good coffee. Suitable for staying with family or with a big group. Easy to walk to the river side and plenty of great/amazing restaurants for dinner.

Truly the best hotel I have ever stayed. The hotel was gorgeous and the staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Perfect location for tourists. Room service was excellent. The rooms are very glamorous and clean. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would do it.

Excellent attention at EL FARO, the excellent food!

The bar is great. I recommend "My own flesh" drink. It was created by one of the bar tenders. Not too much alcohol. Refreshing and with ginger syrup. Great! The lobby is cozy. The meeting rooms at underground level cold, huge and dark. I was warned by a Security personnel of watching my back pack as there were cases of men in suit who stole goods of passengers concentrated on their conversations! The parking beside is convenient but expensive.

We had a great time here, the hotel is beautiful and the staff is AWESOME, very friendly, very accommodating. Special thanks to Sol, Juan, Andres, Guido, and Veronica, for making our stay extra special. We love you guys.

The restaurant is on the ground floor and is public access. It is very comfortable and relaxed, the tables are well separated to be able to converse with tranquility. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good.
If you go, don't stop asking for the gaucho drink.

Fantastic hotel, everything is of the highest standard. The rooms are large with comfortable beds, lots of storage space and a bath with separate shower. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the food is very high quality, especially the breakfast buffet. I cannot recommend the Hilton Buenos Aires highly enough.

Excellent. All First class. Nothing negative to claim. Many good details that other hotels do not have: ironing board in the dressing room, electric kettle and some infusions to prepare to taste, bathroom divided into three sectors (toilets, shower and other bathtub), good bed (with lower pillow option and a higher one), Etc. The location of the hotel was excellent. Breakfast, very varied and tasty (with many nuts! ). It's worth the expense.

Nice and clean hotel in a very walkable part of Buenos Aires. The staff was all very helpful, especially the concierge who had fantastic recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Nice bar/lounge on the main floor. Try the Patagonia beer!

With regard to the facilities, it is noticeable the deterioration by use and the antiquity of the hotel. There are smaller hotels that take better care of that detail, I felt that the price corresponded: one third location, one third mark and one third room (n ° 442).

If you're ever in Buenas Aires stay here! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our executive suite was comfortable, and the cocktail buffet and breakfast buffet were five star. I only wish we had booked more days here.

Bad service for a 5 star hotel and excessive price.

No complaints. I stayeded during Christmas Eve, the hotel had a beautiful decor I remembered to date. The hotel itself is very modern and in excellent condition. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable. The prices of the food inside the hotel seemed elevated, I recommend eating out of it as for a lower price you can eat excellently in some restaurant in the area. (although it is at the discretion of each guest)

We enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is very nicely designed and in a good location in the modern Puerto Madero district. Staff was helpful, rooms were nice and big, and the food was good too — — we had room service breakfast a couple of times and also ate at the bar one evening. I rather enjoyed the Queen B drink as well as the food. The bar keeper even helped us a bit with learning Spanish :) Would come here again.

I booked at the El Faro restaurant, from the hotel, and when I got the confirmation it said we atenderían in another hotel bar/restaurant because it was in renovations. The staff was very helpful and the food was excellent. I recommend the Patagonian Lamb, exquisite.
We spent $1400, 2 people, no wine and only one dessert. I think he's remembered the place.

Beautiful hotel centrally located in Puerto Madero area of Buenos Aires. Staff was exceptionally friendly. Hotel is nicely decorated. Executive accommodations and lounge were perfect for a little getaway even within the hotel itself.

Good location, well maintained hotel. Rooms nice, include international power port. Executive lounge food a bit sparse in the evenings.

Excellent hotel and excellent place to have breakfast lunch dinner or take a spa day and if the budget gives you can be a member of the club and go to the gym.

The Hilton is not a 5-star property. Turndown service has to be requested. I asked to have some glasses brought to the room and they told me they could bring me 3 glasses but if I wanted a 4th glass, there would be a charge. The Ethernet doesn't work. The chair was broken but they sent a guy up to fix it. The hotel refuses to change money. The south entrance is locked so you have to go out the north entrance to go south. There was no salmon in the breakfast buffet. I could go on but there are actual 5-star hotels in BsAs which I would recommend.

I was very very warmly welcomed, upgraded and escorted to my executive room at the top floor with the distant ocean view. Everything in the room was according to the highest Hilton standards with the small extras included a small but nice wardrobe room where you would normally store all your suitcases and clothes-related things. I did not dine nor had breakfast in the main area but it people there were looking like they enjoyed it when I passed through in late night. Breakfast in the executive lounge was on a slightly weak side with mostly high-carb (muffins etc), fluffy scrambled eggs but the bacon was ok. I was also late for the cocktail time in the lounge. The are around is nice and it is worth doing a walk in the nature park and then chill in some of cafes around.

My review is on the lobby bar and not the hotel as I didn't stay there. The espresso was good but not amazing. They offer free Wi-Fi which was nice, the ambiance is nice and inviting, the hotel itself is located in a very nice neighborhood. As a side note they offered complementary chocolate with my order which was a nice surprise.

I visited the hotel for a collation of degree titles, the facilities are really first rate. In addition to the part of accommodation has rooms for different types of events that fit almost any type of event. In a really good access and with enough safety zone.

I had a good time there. In the middle of Madero neighborhood this is an amazing hotel with a great service. The internet is an extra cost, what is not good. Maybe they could give an slow Internet connection and then you pay more for a high speed, like other places. The staff was helpful but I can say that I did not use it too much. The room is amazing for singles and couples. It is expensive because all their structure and the place it is located. But I have one thing to complain. The room's acoustic is bad. I had this room in my side that I could listem the person's phone calls and actually their TV. So probably he would be able to hear mine.

Hotel in Puerto Madero with very good care and spa.

That was the worst experience I ever had in a Hilton hotel. Room Wi-Fi is an extra cost, and the connection is slow. Every 10 minutes you need to reconnect. Even as I am trying to write this review, the Wi-Fi stops working. Guest service is rude. When you call to request something they give you a hard time, and never bring the correct items, or amount of items to your room. When I asked for two pairs of flipflops, they first brought one pair, then after requesting another, they brought an old, used pair and quickly walked away without saying a word. Don't waste your time and your money here, find better place.

I don't have words to explain what I feel for having been so well received in the Hilton Hotel, the friendly staff is excellent as is the food, the entertainment, the place, is amazing. I hosted two days there with my family and made me feel like a queen. Good attention of the staff, but the room on the 7th floor had a strange smell, as to moisture, not offered water bottle, courtesy, and there was no indication that the tap water is safe to drink. The area of Puerto Madero this excellent to get out for a run. If the hotel has free Wi-Fi in the Lobby, they should leave it the same in the rooms.

Poor welcome at reception. They didn't even tell me where the fitness center or pool was or about breakfast. The maid keeps closing my window when I leave for the day There are 5 elevator, but either some are not working or there isn't an efficient program but it seem to take ages to wait for a lift. They pianist plays live music in the lobby each day and as the majority of room open into the lobby I booms into your room making it difficult to work, make calls or watch TV. I haven't used it but in my opinion the TV is way too small for the room Average room service The desk in the room is too high, the chair doesn't go high enough and even if it did my knees would hit the desk as there is a silly shelf under the desk. and the kicker The pool was not open during my stay with no explanation from reception.

Room was decent enough. Bed was clean and comfortable. Same for the bathroom. Room service/food was laking. Although, the one time I ate dinner in the restaurant it was pretty good, and the chief sent over a complimentary Hors d'oeuvre. What made me post this review is the lack of free Wi-Fi. I spent 8 days in this hotel on a business trip and they charge you daily for the Wi-Fi. Which isn't really that big of a deal until you factor in the price. It was about $10 USD a day for Wi-Fi. I don't even pay that much for business class internet in the states (about $2.50/day USD). I paid for it for two days and then spent the rest of my time in my remote office using there Wi-Fi. So for $200 a night I got a comfortable bed, but ended up staying in my office till late into the evening just so I could chat with colleagues, and family. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you need anything more then a bed and shower.

The hotel is well situated on Porto Madero, the rooms are nice and big but the restaurant could be better.

It looks like a Hilton, costs like a Hilton, but feels like a motel. Maybe they have a new manager. Instant coffee in the rooms. Crappy Brazilian coffe in the restaurant and lobby cafe. Crude bacon and watered down syrup for the cold pancakes. Room service is okay at best. No amenities like Q-Tips, slippers or bathrobe. PPV is not working. No SAP channels. The Caesar salad with shrimps was sandy and gritty because the grainy shrimp were not deveined. The temperatue of the hot water was fine but the volume was lacking. The minibar was empty except for a 3 dollar bottle of water. You have to select a mini bar menu. No pen in the room. And expensive internet. I am a HH gold member and have stayed here many times. Probably the last.

I stayed at the Hilton Buenos Aires for about 3 weeks, in the Executive room. I must say it was one of the most spacious rooms I've every stayed at in any hotel. The outside view from the room is beautiful. The service and the food is good.

If you're traveling to Buenos Aires, the Hilton is your best bet! It's a beautiful hotel with excellent service. We were able to stay on the executive floor (8th), which offers a complimentary happy hour and free Wi-Fi in the lounge area. The location is great, though not necessarily centered in the heart of the city so keep that in mind.
