You can't regulate the temperature of the shower and the bed was uncomfortable. I had to claim several times the bill.

Very very very old! Smells of wet there are mushrooms and dirty in the bathroom, moisture in the walls, the floor is raised by humidity… it's horrible! The gentleman who attended us was like asleep at 11pm or not that he had in the eyes @-@… I just want to get a sunrise to fly out of here… do not have cable * _ *! There's no hot water. There are noises all night from a room of machines.

Very nice hotel in the center of the Cañitas. The nice room and the huge bathroom looked new.

Reception… tacky. We arrived at 23 and seemed to be drugged up to the room and had forgotten the key entry. The bathroom from the bedroom… the toilet completely loose. Detail we were not able to sleep for the amount of mosquitoes… impossible. Breakfast. We had forgotten the cups, dishes in order, we will NOT RETURN.

There is no cost-benefit! The pictures that are shown at Booking do not tell the true state of the art of this "boutique hotel"! Much closer to a hostel than to a a hotel! It is not said in the description at Booking that the minuscule bathroom is a story below the bedroom or that in order to go to the bathroom one has to use the kind of freaky wooden stairs! It has to appear in the description. My husband and I, in the so-called golden age (! ) would have NEVER booked such a room. Fortunately, it was just an overnight because we would not be able to face the going up and down the makeshift stairs without the possibility of an accident. It was an unfortunate choice influenced by the unreliable photos at Booking. I attributed it a single star and this is for the friendly staff. This is not a hotel. The towels need much better laundering; the small refrigerator is there just to be there for it does not work; only one of the bed lamps functions as the other serves as part of the scenery. Well…! And the raven repeated "never more"!

Very good attention, the place has a warm and well designed, qe room I had the weekend despite having heating and heater d, was somewhat cold.

Lousy hotel.
Actually, so is worth the stay is presentable.
The images of the rooms are a lie.
Rooms were in poor condition, had moisture in the walls and ceilings, cleaning is a disaster (mushrooms everywhere), besides that everything is damaged.
I stayed only one night, I asked for a change of room and up to the presidential elections were of terror.
All highlights, is the excellent attention from the receptionist and the location.

The location is fantastic. The neighborhood is obviously one of more beautiful. In terms of facilities this come a little to low. And while it is neat, you have details as in the bathroom some corners have a scale and a number of terrible fungi. But the attention is good, are very nice and very good price/quality ratio!

The location is spectacular but the hotel is very dirty and this come down. My stay there was very unpleasant.
