Hotel completely to be renovated. Dirty rooms and bathrooms. Staff not available. Breakfast is badly organized.

Cute. Spacious. Comfortable. Good breakfast. Near the busiest points.

The hotel is clean. The best thing about it is the Super full breakfast. The standard room was a little sloppy in its ambience. The bathroom is correct, except for the bath soap, which was liquid and made it difficult to use. The staff were very friendly and very attentive. The location is ideal for travellers. The heated pool is ideal to take advantage throughout the year, even if it is very small and has "Venecitas" loose. The Scottish shower was not working, and that remains. Very poor TV service in the room, with lousy definition and there were channels that were not directly visible. Several things to improve.

Good location. Good beds. Spacious. Few hangers. Bad Internet sign, poor quality of bath soaps, few outlets and in bad condition. Little light in the room. Poor gym and no air conditioning.

Very good hotel, no stayed me. I attended an event. Point to improve: coffee.

Simple courteous service. Tasty breakfast. Wi-Fi needs a little love.

Very old and bad state for the price. The door did not open well with the magnetic card I warned the janitor and nobody did anything. I just came to open it once and then to rage alone every time I wanted to open. In the bathroom they use a nylon curtain yet. It does not have tomascorriente near the bed to charge the cell phone.

Located in the center of Buenos Aires allowing easy mobility and arrival to the most important tourist attractions of the city. All rooms have a modern design and were designed for the comfort and well-being of the passenger.

Just what it takes to spend a couple of days.

Terrible Wi-Fi and the staff did nothing about it after several complaints. If you are traveling for work don't stay here.

The main elevator was not working. I used the service. Remote Control of the TV was not working. I found a cockroach in the bathroom. The rest was good.

Very good service, large bathrooms, clean, TV, air conditioning, gym, heated pool, depending on the room have Jacuzzi.

Centrally located Hotel. Clean, spacious bedrooms, good continental breakfast, bad: the view. No green areas. A little "locked up. " Friendly staff.

The cleanliness is very lacking and the staff is not competent. Breakfast is just enough old equipment and to be replaced. The two stars give it to the ample spaces.

Excellent location. Super Full breakfast and the hotel is beautiful, has spa and pool, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. No doubt to keep it in mind.

Service was Ok but the A/C does not work properly so it was impossible to sleep with the BS Sumner heat, beside that they made an party/meeting at night's, and there was more than 200 people smoking in front of the main/only door, and standing in the middle of the path, it really uncomfortable. Heat, smoke, noise and 100's of people in the door. Very unpleasant visit, complained about the AC like 3 times so they installed a portable unit in the room, without the back hose so all the heat stayed inside the room it wasn't a solutu on. Very unpleasant visit.

The place and the attention is correct. Clean and renovated Hotel. Detail. The pool is girl the gym. The air was not working and the triple room did not have 3 beds but 2 beds and a sofa. Taking that out. Well if you would return not.

The hotel is very well located in downtown, but the air conditioning does not work in the room, the bathroom has no ventilation, the carpets smell old, does not look like investments in recent renovations, the TV is old and small, minibar little Provided and the old towels. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't recommend it.

Not a luxury hotel at all. Poor breakfast. Very low standards of quality. Maximum 2 stars hotel.

It seems or want to show it as an excellent hotel. The reality is that the benefits are very good, but the details make the difference. Example shampoo and cream in large bowl, instead of boys and disposables gives the feeling of being unhygienic.
Opening the window and seeing a dead pigeon is not valuable.
Not to mention the lack of discretion when taking photocopies to the credit card "for security" as they say.

Rome was quiet and clean, but the bathroom can improve on their cleanliness.

This hotel is a o star hotel no bell boys woman from the age off 85 years carring their luggage at midnight elevatars that don't work. And you tell me that this hotel is five star?

I stayed 4 nights at this hotel. This is not a 4 star hotel. I classified it as a 1 star hotel. At our arrival the room was made up but it is as if the staff has only made the beds. There was no toilet paper. I called the operator and they told me that it will be delivered. I've been waiting the whole night. I called again early in the morning to remember them to deliver the toilet paper. Very shame, very poor service. There were other rooms that had the same problem of toilet paper. Always when I travel I have tissues with me, so I used my own hand tissues. Another issue is:The kitchen of the hotel was some what not hygiene at all. The breakfast was not fresh at all with exception of the scrambled eggs, I guess, served during the breakfast. The staff need to be upgraded. Some of them did their utmost to serve us better. But definitely this I not a 4 star hotel. Room doors not locking. Bathroom not closing at all. Very old. Bath towels old, should be throw away. I felt as if the hotel staff fooled us. We payed for a service we never got.

Good and comfortable room, the pool had very cold water, and they could not solve the problem, so it could not be used.

Good breakfast! Good people working there. Some stuff we're not working in the bedroom like hair dryer, bathroom lights.

It's good but not more… Very clean but dated.

Deteriorated… It was pretty good but now with poor maintenance.

They showed little professional and very same problem which I never had in any other hotel.

It is old and was. Today update it and maintenance.

Not watched our expectations, the bathroom did not have amenities, (salts, bath, bar SOAP CAP), he had no towel — carpet out of the jacuzzi. When you turn on jacuzzi went out dirt from the piping, the content of the very poor (only mineral water and two beers), minibar in the other room (the one of my daughters), sheets were perforated.
The State of maintenance of the room was poor (doors with paint peeling, dichroic hanging in the entrance hall, stained armchairs upholstered, the fridge cabinet door opens with difficulty, etc).
The in-room internet connection via Wi-Fi was impossible.
A point in favor, the staff: very friendly.

The super dark room and not have light itself (only a few watchmen), the TV look it with magnifying glass (super guy) not counting the old of the same. They are dispensers of SOAP, shampoo and conditioner, which I think is super ugly and unhygienic. The minibar has nothing only water, well thank you. The uncomfortable chairs.
I hope tomorrow to recover with the breakfast. The attention of reception at the moment well.

Well Located for central BA.

Very convenient location, close to Manuel Tienda Leon shuttle service from the airport, within the business center of the city. Avoid room 1105 as you have the noise of the evelator early in the morning. Good Wi-Fi service and breakfast.
