Good hotel, clean, tidy, has cargarage arrangement 1 block (cost apart $300 stay) with some building details, the noise of an air conditioner bothered all night in winter, breakfast is basic and was very incomplete at 09:30 hs, difficult park on the sidewalk to lower bags at rush hour.

The experience at this hotel was terrible. We opted for a standard. More than standard. Disaster. On the plate, we find the bottom of a bacha, as if there had been a kitchen. The bathroom had only one lamp, so there was not enough lighting. The furniture, depressing. The problem with air conditioning is that when you got to the room, it was a fridge, and it takes time to heat up because an entire wall is made of glass. The blanket so short that it couldn't cover you. Very pitiful!

The only advantage is that it is in the heart of Buenos Aires. The quality of service is poor. Very basic breakfast for the cost of lodging. We ran out of hot water one night so they moved to another room. When we changed we were unable to access the room as the card was not loaded. They didn't help us move from room to room which caused a lot of trouble. They could improve.

I came to spend a quiet weekend and tube problems with the room after cable without also again ask for room change would have to be more attentive after all good.

It leaves a lot to be desired. The Maids Talk like parrots and do not let you sleep because you hear everything.
The renewed part is nice the part that does not lack much and is not worth what they ask.

We arrived 27/4 after about 15. Before flying call us to confirm the reservation of a double matrimonial, upon arrival we were made to go to the vice to a room with 3 individual cámas and dirty toilet paper on the floor in front of the bathroom, the 802, the receptionist was not able or apologize, bad attention. It never happened to me in any hotel, but to say that we did not stay there.

Highly recommended. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Separate paragraph for the staff as they gave us excellent attention. I don't give them the 5 stars, just because they can always be improved and overcome.

In the middle of Corrientes Avenue, very well located, near subway stations and easy to get around. The breakfast is very good and the rooms are price-compliant. Good value for money.

Bad attention, very bad breakfast. The air conditioner didn't work. Five minutes I should have let the water run so it gets hot. Excellent location.

Excellently located, these close to everything in street full of people coming and going (lol). The area is very safe 24 hours, there are always police and movement of tourists and locals. It's got the subway very close. The hotel itself is fine but it lacks updating in some things (elevator, for example) and also take care of the details of hygiene in the staircase (4 days and never cleaned) and some small tidbits in the room (humidity in the wall). I recommend choosing a high room or at least not from the window to the running street because you hear a lot of noise at all hours. The same with all this I would choose again. I was very well attended. They offer to store your bags until you get the check in or until your flight leaves after the check out.

The place is nice, the room is spacious, the people are very cordial, the star that I sack is why it is breakfast is very poor in terms of variants. Otherwise very very very recommended this hotel, especially for the price-quality ratio of the place.

Very small rooms but nice and clean. The old rooms are very large and spacious. Both types of rooms are warm. The service is excellent. Breakfast is plentiful. Super recommended.

Very good location, very nice hotel. We arrived and had broken the water boiler, there was no hot water in the whole hotel and there was not the other day either. The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. Unfortunate.

We went to spend a weekend with my boyfriend and on arrival no one told us that they had problems with the gas and therefore there was no hot water… When we consulted that it happened because we could not swim we were told to "let us run the water", when we again reported that It was not a matter of time and water running we were told it was a gas problem and they could not fix it. They regretted that the girl who received us did not report it but it was not his fault… after that and just then (after the complaint) informed the entire hotel, by a paper in the elevator that said you could not use the hot water, of that inconvenience. When we left, we wanted to talk to the girl who greeted us the day we arrived and who did not tell us about the inconvenience and did not give her face. On the other hand, we chatted again with another employee and only gave us a card with the name of the manager saying that we call him (on the card only figure his name, not his phone) because he was the culprit of this malfunction and we could not reinstate anything because L A bill was closed (detail of color and no minor: in front of us some girls complained of a room and when they proposed to move to another more expensive the same employee told them the more they had to pay… when supposedly "the bills are already closed in the Time you pay for the room.

Most of the rooms of this hotel are located facing the Corrientes Av. One of the busiest places in town, and those rooms have almost no noise protection, sleep in a room at this place is the nearest thing you will ever get to sleep on the street. Someone please close this place for good.

We were saying that we had to wait 3 hours for the room we had booked and paid. The hotel was in reforms. We were told that we would leave the luggage to go out for breakfast. It was at reception behind the counter, but want to remove it to little less than an hour, tell us which came and stole our 2 bags in hand. They did not recognize anything. We had taken a flight and spent 2 days of paperwork to do so. Totally disgusting and bad attention.

Saved us. They fell at 2 Am today and attended us 10. Very good location, price reasonable, spacious room, good breakfast. Good attention.

My experience was not good, and I'm very angry with the concierge of the hotel, which lightly have caused great damage to the institution for which I work. I hope that those responsible for hotel and this sad fact, can act responsibly "mistakes" in order to avoid more problems and to improve the opinion.

From the arrival until our departure us have attended personally and with dedication. Warm hotel, with great location and spacious rooms.
