Don't speak English at all, don't expect good quality of service, noise place can't sleep till 11 pm because they have stuff stored on each floor and move it on off, the same morning from 5 am, don't bother guests at all just pay and be quiet… Not recommend unless you are drunk all the time.

Excellent reception. Very nice hotel. Their buffet meals and breakfasts very diversified. When you dine on the spot always a bottle as a gift. Don't hesitate. Go ahead.

Despite a very full buffet and a relatively reasonable rate, the rooms are of a mediocre quality and the managers rather unwelcoming at first. That says nicer before the start.

Simple but effective unless you are forced to stay on the spot because of a storm, the price of the room will be doubled see tripled!

Great value for money. Super friendly staff. Comfy, clean rooms and a brilliant buffet! Ski gear rental included. Go for it.

Simple. Right. Copious and pleasant evening Buffet. A nightmare to park like in all Pas de la Casa.

Personally we found the hotel superbly well placed… The hosts were very friendly and in addition there is always someone available… We took advantage of the places in a couple with 4 children, I specify because it is not always easy to find rentals in hotel for 6 people… The rooms are very large, the bathrooms too. They are equipped with modern TV with flat screens (the rooms not the bathrooms…). We were able to take advantage of the shops that are just down the hotel… Not too much trouble to park the car, finally, it depends on the moments… anyway, the top! We found the prices suitable with regard to the benefits offered…, so everything is correct seems to me.

Nice place, very clean, a little small to come with toddlers. Nevertheless we will gladly return to this hotel where we were very well received.

A five star hotel in friendliness, service and cleanliness. It is very cheap and has complete offers for skiers.

Simple and very clean. Lots of deals w ski rentals or buffets included so check online or call before booking. Stayed in a queen + single bunk beds for 34€/night!

Excellent reception. People smiling, a meal at will,, a very clean room, and very good, for our night. The only small flaw for us is the chairs in the restaurant. But it's a very small detail, considering the place.
Cheap night. And meals too.

4 stars for the direction that is really very shopping.
Our first night was catastrophic we booked a room for 5 people we had a room on the 4th floor attic and very small with bedding that made noise to every move so impossible to sleep. I complained to the management who relocated us in 2 rooms of 2 and 3 people in the 3rd for the same price. The rooms were very decent. Breakfast is good.
Restaurant side do not look for the big kitchen for less than 11 euros.

The food very bad, there is no bariedad, I came out a tomato with mold, for the price it has is a buffet scam.
The rooms are very very small and it is very hot. In my case we ordered two double beds and we were given a room with a double bed and a bunk, the beds were heard a lot when moving, you would hear a lot of the people from the rooms on the sides, they clean the rooms very late.
I wanted to shower at the 16h and I couldn't because there were no towels I had to wait for them to be made.
The service leaves a lot to be desired, will be a two star but in my opinion does not reach one, they want to save as much as possible and the result is a poor service both staff (who had some employees who despite everything were very friendly), both infrastructure and food.

Hotel Super Clean the employees and bosses super nice we had a great stay.

The hotel is a great place to look and it is very well worth the two stars.

It's degeulasse, the soils are dirty (fried and ketchup on the ground) the entrances are infamous (the carrots tramp in water just like the egg and pasta salad) The chairs are uncomfortable, the room is Bruillante, the plate covered and glass poorly washed. I do not recommend "restaurant" at all.

Clean, good value for money. Breakfast (all-you-can-eat buffet) included in the price of the room. All meals are at will dinner €11 per person. In the hotel the most part of the staff speaks very well French. The hotel is very well located but the downside is that it has no private parking and the parking is very expensive knowing that no CASA has only paid parking and that police rode all day long.

Just came back from a week skiing in Pas and stayed here, good price, good location, clean and modern, Wi-Fi worked really well, GREAT food. I would go back.

I ate at the restaurant was very good and a lot of choices I think come and spend the day. I recommend this restaurant.

We are going in 2011 at the restaurant and hotel of the neus not of casa Andorra a superb androit and you can eat very well I'd like to go back.
