➜ Hotel was ok but the service is lousy, some days no room service means no cleaning, restaurant lack of everything and nothing of cleaning dishes and dirty cups had not napkins linen finish and for washing and ironing the tablecloths without launch crumpled in the end a penalty was 4 days, you do not deserve the address of this hotel 4 stars if not scarce 2 star the right staff.
➜ The truth that leaves much to be desired. We had No hot water in the room in the month of November. About cleaning to say… The window super dirty. The only thing that we liked was the breakfast.

It is ok. The apartment was in good condition and very clean, in addition to having a good Wi-Fi connection. The only bad thing is that we found it somewhat difficult to find the apartment, as they give you the keys in Andorra la Vella and then you have to look for the floor. I think there should be someone there to help those who arrive for the first time.
