The Hotel was very clean and well priced although the first impression they give is to be very serious and I do not give the 5 stars because they caught my attention when they saw that I kept a bollito of breakfast in the wallet to take it after and I did get… Okay that's food to take there, but I think it's pretty ugly on the part of them to call someone attention to such nonsense because I knew very badly, made me create the impression that I had stolen something for which I spend a rough time Unappealing.

Cheap and with very good rooms.

A hotel that you book when you have no choice. At least the room was clean. The receptionist was very apathetic. The hotel parking, whereby you pay a kidney, is 200m from the hotel itself.

Good things: — location — big rooms and good sink bad things: — receptionist quite unfriendly — reception is a small bar — very narrow hallways — expensive Parking (18 €/night! )
— Very hard bed — very soft pillow — you hear all the noise from the upper Room.

First of all when validating my reservation with a mandatory deposit of half charged direct, I discover that the children are not admitted… I did not know that children were a category apart like animals. Having a child I call the hotel to cancel because free cancellation! The receptionist tells me that my cancellation is taken into account except that you have to go to the hotel to get reimbursed at 4:30 on the road! No evidence cancellation, 4 e-mails without answer we cross your fingers so that the cancellation is well noted. Luckily we found a hotel nearby and we go to the hotel Bellpi to get our down payment.
Without a smile by rummaging a little in his wallet and his cashier the Dear receptionist makes me my money by blowing and without any desire. Even without children I will not return for anything in the world fortunately we do not stop at this impression otherwise you could say that the traders of Andorra are really not welcoming.

Little information from the front desk. A single elevator, always busy. You can hear the adjoining rooms. To go once and no more.

Very cozy and clean room, it has touched us with a large balcony. Affordable price. Expensive parking.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I lowered a star because on the ground floor there was a lot of garlic smell.

The room was very bad. The receptionist/attendant was embarrassing, it made me wait more than 10 minutes to check in. I didn't just give the good morning.

The room is not bad. Comfortable beds and bathroom in favorable conditions. But hospitality and attention leaves a lot to be desired.

Quality good price. Clean rooms, friendly staff.
The walls are a little thin and you hear too much the other rooms, also we took 3 rooms and one had no window to outside and was a bit claustrofobica.

Hotel very close to the centre of Andorra (10 ' walk). Price-very good quality.

Super friendly staff, well suited room breakfast very good with salty/sweet do not hesitate!

The experience has been positive in every respect: treatment, cleaning, location.
Note that we were able to stay with our pets for a small supplement, and that the treatment in that respect was also super.
