I stayed several times in this magnificent hotel to the exceptional site with panoramic view of the city of Tlemcen and its surroundings.
The rooms like suites are impeccable, clean, well appointed and decorated with taste.
The service is the height of its stars, professional and attentive to detail.
The customer services are varied spread over 24 hours put at the disposal of the customer with attentive staff and no reproach.
It remains to discuss restoring train to a more low level, far from its star, the quality of the offered products is to see again in our view, cleanliness is subject to multiple complaints (such as fruit on stalls with their dust), often discussions of personnel at the service of the restaurant covers widely those seated customers (staff for the most part from the Kabylie mountains often increase the tone of his voice in their trade), for the self service, hot meals are often cold.
Our first meal at the hotel just pushed us to get outside best dishes without success up to now but…
There is still a problem with this hotel and its modes of settlement of invoices, (this problem is not specific to this establishment) : you can pay with a visa card, otherwise the extra cash with a security deposit at the front desk but the IPC card is not allowed for the settlement in local currency! : I think it is simpler to allow the electronic money to evacuate these suspicions, unnecessary and unworthy of a five stars.
