Large, spacious and bright rooms. Breakfast and dinner buffet plentiful. The staff always friendly and helpful. Very nice pool as the garden next door to relax oda alone or with friends. Very close to a shopping mall with supermarket and shops. I recommend it.

An agent treated us badly, he disrespected us yet we are customers at the Novotel hotel it is really shameful to find people like the Accor group. I want to know who is the director of internal security of the hotel to launch this complaint.

Apart from the hygiene of health leaves much to be desired. The home is very warm in the reception. The coffee maker perfectly cleaned without any trace of limestone. Fitness room very clean and well equipped. At the restaurant, the setting is very pleasant. The menu is rich and varied. Very good service and the servers are very well-intentioned with a welcome very warm. Too bad the creme brulee very delicious and is presented in mini cups. Ls internet connection is excellent (high-speed). And surcoit, the parking is spacious, well-organized, with of surveillance cameras. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Stays quiet with impeccable service, I recommend that those where the ones that spend was represented at setif to day.
