➜ The Hotel (if you can call it that) not recommended for all families looking for comfort and relaxation. They made our living a hell. It starts with poor service and incompetent staff, breakfast is non-existent for us italians, the nests of wasps on the balcony furniture, with shop windows broken in the hallways of the hotel, the beds split, no television, no wi fi in the room, the condition with the remote control broken and can only be used by placing the two meters in height with a direct attack, the lack of water and hot water with unlocking only with arrival of the car, the barrels that supplied the tanks while rimanevi soaped under the shower which was missing the tent then you could always, property that was leased by agencies of the school zoo (guys drinking, you ubriacavano up to fainting and whatnot) with loud music until 6 in the morning. Swimming pool rendered unusable by them, as they vomitavano and urinavano inside and caused damage to the beach, cracking, and fouling the beds with stair treads during these party night.
It had been 17 years since the last time I visited Saranda. Through a friend I embarked on the endeavor of visiting it again this time via Shpejtimi Agency from Kosovë. We made a reservation for Perla Hotel only to find out upon arrival (after 10 hours bus journey) from the Receptionist that we were booked for Hotel Alpha which is up in the hill and far from the beach, pool. She went on saying you will sleep there but have breakfast and dinner here (amazing very very convenient setup! ). Their business is a joke, ignorant like service, very very poor food, a fish plate consisted of a tiny little fish and some salad and vegetables. I will never visit it again. Since, I made this review I have also received threats from the Hotel Manager, for the interested I can publish what she/he wrote amazing how a backwards primitive mindset works.
